Alexandr Maz, Александр Маз killer, who used to remove the license plates from his car, and allowed some Russian top official (Perhaps, the Prime minister) to use the car for sadistic hunting for the pedestrians.
After to be caught, Maz declared, that he used to drive the car by himself, and did not reveal his companion. For such a protection, Maz was ot executed but released.
