In [[TORI]] term «[[Tartaria]]» refers to the extensive [[Gedankenexperiment]]
about the logical fundamentals of the most popular paradigms, so-called «common sense»:
"The rules are established, just follow!". 
As an example, one may check, that the addition of the 3 numbers in the figure at right is performed correctly, following the well-establisher rules of arithmetics.

Project «[[Tartaria]]» is to analyze the "common sense" taboos, to check them, to test them,
in ordet to verify them or to refute them, dependently on the results of the [[Gedankenexperiment]]. In such a way, the common sense taboos become object of the analysis with the [[TORI axioms]] as a main tool.

(4) Do not hide information, do not misinform.

If we lift any of 1-3 above, the people of a society cannot produce good because all the efforts will be spent to protect themselves in order not to be robbed, not to be killed.

If we lift the (4), we have almost the same, as one does not know that the (1-3) are still in action.

Forever, even the [[Ten Commandments]] have more rules, and even more articles are specified in a [[Crimimal code]] of any country; and even more so-called "unwritten rules" are followed by the most of population in civilized societies.

The goal of this research it to understand, how important are other taboos, prohibitions, unwritten rules that usually are added to the (1-4) above.
