2011.12.10 meeting at Tokyo was dedicated to the fraud at the parliament election in Russia held 1011.12.04; the meeting took place in vicinity of the Russian Embassy. The main slogans of the meeting were ЗА ЧЕСТНЫЕ ВЫБОРЫ and 公正 な 選挙 の ために wich mean FOR THE HONEST ELECTION.

The meeting was part of the world-wide company of protests against the large-scale violations of the Law, reported to take place at the 2011.12.04.Election in Russia.

Goal of the meeting

The action was not against the Japanese police, nor against the workers of the Russian Embassy. Protesters wanted to attract the attention of the Japanese citizen and residents, and also attention of the world-wide community to the violation of Law in the Russian Federation, and, in particular, to the fraud at the Russian parliament election that took place 2011 December 04.

The demands of the protesters were (and remain) the following [1]:
1. The cancellation of the results of recent parliament elections, and subsequent re-elections.
2. Thorough investigation of all falsification incidents and prosecution of all the officials involved.
3. Protection of human rights and freedoms of Russian citizens, guaranteed by the Constitution of Russian Federation.

Japanese version suggested:
1. 選挙結果の取り消し及び再選挙。
2. 選挙時にあった不正の調査及び責任者の訴追。
3. シア国憲に基づいて国民の人権の保護。

Of order of 40 protesters supported these demands. They are formulated in the statement of the meeting that repeats the statements above in Russian:

Резолюция митинга

Данной акцией мы хотим привлечь внимание японской и мировой общественности к систематическому нарушению Конституции и прав человека в Российской Федерации, наглядно проявившимся в фальсификациях на избирательных участках в ходе выборов в Государственную Думу РФ 4 декабря 2011 года, жестоких подавлениях митингов 5 и 6 декабря в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге и других городах России, а также массовых задержаниях их участников. Мы требуем:
1. Отмены результатов выборов в Государственную Думу РФ и назначения перевыборов.
2. Тщательного расследования всех нарушений и привлечения к ответственности лиц, нарушивших Закон о выборах.
3. Соблюдения гражданских прав и свобод наших соотечественников, гарантированных Конституцией РФ.

Chronology of the meeting

The protesters begun to arrive around 11:30, but were stopped by the police and pressed at the narrow place in one block North–West from the Russian Embassy. They marked that place with the red plastic cones, connected with the black-yellow tubes. At around 12:10, the participants were allowed to pass in front of the Embassy, by the opposite side of the street, two by two, keeping silence and distance of order of 10 meters; the big banners and the Russian flag were packed. (The small banner of format A4 was allowed.)

The meeting took place at the square at the back side from the Embassy, in vicinity of the Tokyo Tower, around 12:50 local time. The banners with slogans "За честные выборы" and　"公正 な 選挙 の ために" were exposed; the demands were discussed and approved. The Russian flag was also exposed, but below the banners, indicating, that the demands of the protesters should be fulfilled before to wave the national flag. No megaphone, nor scene were provided; so, the meeting was relatively silent.

Of order of 20 volatiles with texts in Russian, English and Japanese were distributed among the participants and occasional spectators. Images of some of volatiles are loaded at right.

No one protester was beaten, nor arrested; no cameras are reported to be broken.

Protests in other cities

In comparison to the meeting in Tokyo, the protests in other cities, and, especially, in Moscow, were more expressive. The anti–Putin meeting in Moscow had collected of order of a hundred thousand participants.

In Russia, certain evidences of the frauds were revealed before the official results of the 2011.12.04.Election were announced. In particular, it was revealed that the leader of Edro, Vladimir Putin does not plan to pay attention to the critics (in particular, to the qualification of his party as party of crooks and thieves [11]). Perhaps, the role of the edro (in the enrichment of Putin and his family) is finished, or Putin and his friends just gradually loss any connection to reality [12][13][14][15]; Muammar Gaddafi also believed that the the people of Lybia loves him. However, many Russians want to get back the ability to elect the government [16]; preferably without a bloody revolution.

2011.12.10, the protest against the fraud at the Russian election got the world-wide scale [17], the wave of protest rolled around the Earth, beginning with Japan and Australia, through Russia [18] and Europe [19] to the USA and Canada; the protest is marked in hundreds cities.

The evidences of the fraud at the 2011.12.04.Election indicate to the same point: alteration of the result in favor of edro; together they form a strong case. [20]. Citizen of Moscow and other Russian cities organized huge demonstration 2011.12.24 with demands to release of the protestors, to dismiss Putin and Churov, denounse the result of the election as fake, to investigate and to punish the organizers of the fraud and to make new election of the Duma. Such a protest is biggest since the time of the end of the USSR.
