Outstanding Research

Outstanding research is kind of knowledge, often scientific knowledge, that can be used for elaboration of new knowledge.

There are many publications in the scientific journals, and many of them fail to answer the simple question: how namely this research allows the colleague to skip, to bypass, to avoid to repeat the job described. (It is assumed, that the results are reproducible).

The estimate of significance of some research by its author may differ from that by colleagues; this is normal. It is important that at least the author considers the research as "Extraordinary", "outstanding". At least in some area. It is assumed that the author can indicate this area. And explicitly indicate when his/her results cannot be used. Then the readers will have no need to follow all the steps that leaded the author to his outstanding research.

The articles at TORI are supposed to be tools for outstanding research and investigations.
