Few hours later, the same cartoon was used at the similar action in London.

The volatile represents the cartoon of the book by Vladimir Churov (head of the Central Russian Electoral Committee) that explains, how did it happen that the edro got almost 50% of votes at the election 2011.12.04.

The cartoon shows the estimate, that at the honest election, the edro could count with of order of 4% (or, in the best case, 9%) of votes; other votes were added due to the frauds, some "magic arithmetics" by Vladimir Churov.

4. Внесение изменений в избирательное законодательство (Указом Президента России) в виде снижения проходного барьера до 3%, разрешения на участие в выборах не только зарегистрированных партий, но и коалиций общественных объединений, восстановления графы «против всех»,
5. Назначение новых выборов (возможно одновременно с президентскими).

The demands at the demonstration in Tokyo were shorter:
1. The cancellation of the results of recent parliament elections, and subsequent re-elections.
2. Thorough investigation of all falsification incidents and prosecution of all the officials involved.
3. Protection of human rights and freedoms of Russian citizens, guaranteed by the Constitution of Russian Federation.

The Russian version: Мы требуем:
1. Отмены результатов выборов в Государственную Думу РФ и назначения перевыборов.
2. Тщательного расследования всех нарушений и привлечения к ответственности лиц, нарушивших Закон о выборах.
3. Соблюдения гражданских прав и свобод наших соотечественников, гарантированных Конституцией РФ.
