Modified: 13:47, 20 August 2012 with Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

I negotiate to get the original image; for scientific application, the initial file would be better. As soon as I get it, I shall load it too. While, this image can be considered as product of art. I could not reveal the changes, modifications due to the edition; so, I suppose, the edition of the image was minimal (if at all). Therefore, the image may have scientific value too.

History of the image

On the base of several messages I got (and would not like to reveal), I suggest the following concept of the history of that image.

In years 2010–2013, photographer Strange makes the picture; perhaps, 02:50, 2 September 2010.

Then somebody, perhaps, the same Strange, edits it with Photoshop; perhaps, 13:47, 20 August 2012.

That Strange does not want to reveal his authorship and, at very beginning of 2013, he transfers his copyright on that image to Lena Hades; but she rejects that transfer.

The next attempt to transfer that copyright takes place 2013 January 28 in the following form:

Since that, I pretend to be copyright owner. I do not think that it is good idea, to transfer the copyright properties again and again. Therefore, I plan to keep this copyright, and allow the people to use it, in the way described below.
