The Konopelka bridge is reported to suffer during the Russia-Ukraine war.
It is believed to be intentionally damaged 2022.05.01 [3]
The cause of the damage can be explained in various ways. In particular, it can be interpreted as the rail war, as an event of transferring of hostilities to aggressor territory.
2022.02.24, the Russian fascists invade Ukraine from many sides, including Belarus. 2022 March, the aggressors perform genocide against the Ukrainian people. Then, the occupiers are defeated; the significant part of the Russian army is exterminated [4]. In particular, the Russian occupiers are defeated at the Kyev region, Chernigov region and Sumy region. Some of aggressors survive and run back to Belarus and to Russia near the Bryansk region. The Russian military offees want to reuse the survivors and weapon for the attack on Kharkiv, Izum and Mariupol. They try to use railroad Homel-Belgorod-Vovchansk. The partizans or intelligent drones destroy several bridges on that railway, including the Konopelka bridge. This provides some delay necessary for Ukrainians to prepare the defense of at least Kharkiv. Again, the defence is efficient: some 20 thousand Russian fascists are reported to be killed by much less numerous Ukrainian army.
Another possible explanation is sabotage of the Russian officials: they use the Russia-Ukraine war as pretext for the money laundering on the urgent reparation works. Such a hypothesis (and the observations) show good agreement with the general concept that corruption in Russia of century 21 not only got the large scale, but become a common, usual phenomenon, that determines the entire life of the Russian offees [5].
The publications available do not allow to reject any of the two hypothesis above. No advance about the official "investigation" of the case [6] is reported. In any of the hypotheses above, none of the Russian offees seems to be interested in the revealing of the case.[7]

If the investigation team reveal, that the bridge had been exploded by the Russian militaries (who do not want to die in Ukraine), these militaries can murder the investigation team.
If the investigation team reveal, that some partizans perform the rail war, it can be interpreted as extremism, because it had been declared, that the most of population support the спецоперация against Ukraine.
If the investigation team reveal, that some intelligent Ukrainian drone had performed the high-performance artistic job, this will indicate the superiority of the Ukrainian military technologies, and the Russian propagandists may kill the investigation teem.
In such a way, within the concept suggested, the case will not be revealed by the Russian offees.
