Bloody sunday
Bloody sunday (кровавое воскресенье) – event of the brutal suppression of a sunday's protests by federal troops. The term is used in various countries in can be applied to different events occurred in various centuries.
Mainly, the term is applied to events in centuries 20 and 21; often to the events in Russia, but to the events in other countries too [1][2].
"Bloody sunday" is usually considered as indication, evidence of the inconsistency, corruption, weakness of the government.
In 2012, term bloody sunday is applied to event 2012.05.06, when the participants of the meeting at the Bolotnaya ploschad, Moscow, approved by the State, were squeezed and then beaten by the omon fighters [3][4].
