Chemical weapon
Chemical weapon (химическое оружие) is facility of the mass murder or suppression of humans characterized in application of poison, that usually is distributer in the air.
The chemical weapon is not selective; it affects innocent people. For this reason, the use is qualified as terror. Apology of use of the Chemical weapon is considered as indicator of fascism.
2013.08.21, Syria
Chemical weapon is reported to be used in Syria 2013.08.21. [4]. The Syrian rebels attribute the attack to the Syrian dictator Bashar Assad. Administration of Bashar Assad deny the accusation.
Hypothesis that the chemical weapon used in Syria is exported from the chemical weapon storage No.38 (near Pavlovskaya Sloboda, Moscow Region, Russia) is suggested [1] (In Russian). This hypothesis is illustrated at [2]
Many petitioners believe, that the USA administration is able to put Syria in order and, at least, eliminate the possibility of future use of weapon of the mass destruction there. Their petition is available at the Avaaz site [5].
Some skepticism about ability of the USA to resolve military conflicts outside the USA is expressed in article Democracy for export, written in 2003 about another case, that seems to have nothing to do with Syria.
Scientific interest
In order to treat well the requests by the international civil societies, some links about the chemical weapon are collected at TORI. An additional goal of this article is the example that the research articles should not be treated as "politics", even if publications about political leaders of various countries happen to be the object of investigation.
