Pawel Bulanov (Павел Буланов killed in October-November of 2014) is reported to be corruptioner in the Russian police, who, being accused in bribery, escaped to the occupied territory of Ukraine and participated in the Russian invasion into Ukraine. [1].

Information about Bulanov, suggested in the cited literature, should not be used as reason for terroristic attack of his friends anr relatives.
