Perpetual motion – violation of the law of conservation of energy. Also, any device that pretends to demonstrate such a violation.
Due to the principle of relativity of motion, any inertioid is also equivalent of a perpetual motion machine, it is impossible to violate the law of conservation of momentum without to violate the law of conservation of energy [2]; therefore often one use term Conservation of energy-momentum. The famous perpetual motion machine is gravitsapa [3], launched in 2008 to the space on the board of the satellite jubileiny. According to the news, there were 4 inertioids of different kinds installed there. The development of such perpetual motion machine [4] seem to be a large-scale [5] pseudo–scientific fraud around the perpetal motion.
Usually, the indication that some concept (including theory and or a device) allows the perpetual motion is considered as strong argument against the concept. In particular, the wrong measurements the effective cross-sections of a laser matherial lead to violation of the McCumber relation, allowing the perpetual motion [6]. In such a way, the conservation of energy helps to reveal the errors in the scientific research.
In the most of claims for the Perpetual motion, the violation of the fundamental laws is somehow hidden, but there exist examples of the explicit declarations of the Perpetual Motion, that is supposed to provide the free clean energy [7].
At the beginning of century 21, the development of the perpetual motion of the First kind is realizex at the Russian pseudo-scientific center Skolkovo [8].
