Quantum structure transformer (квантовый структурный преобразователь) is name of "invention", that seems to violate the laws of thermodynamics. The references are in Russian and are collected in the Russian version, квантовый структурный преобразователь. The "invention" could be used to hide the massive robbery and/or other frauds in the handling of the industrial energetic systems in Russia.
The concept is used since 2009 at Murom (Russia). The invention of Quantum structure transformer is attributed to Aleksandr Luchinkin (Александр Лучинкин).
