Sergey Melnik (Сергей Мельник, Ukraine) is mathematician, specialist in the complex dynamics.

Melnik is author of the book Random Finite-valued Dynamical Systems: Additive Markov Chain Approach [2] and several related articles [3][4][5].

Melnik attacked

2014 April 6. Melnik had beaten by the pro-Russian terrorists [1][6].

The attackers claimed that Melnik and other victims are fascists. [7].

Comparison with other publications about the Russian invasion into Ukraine indicate, that the event 2014.05.06 at Kharkiv should be considered as an additional reason to Designate Russia as state sponsor of terrorism [8].
