«Capitalizm» (Капитализм) is system of administration of a society characterized in that that the Law allows a person (capitalist) to own a property, to use this property for making business and earn money, but does not allow the owner to become monopolist, does not allow the capitalist to use this property for handling the whole country in his interests.
To century 21, capitalism seems to be the most efficient tool
to organize the society,
to keep the separation of powers,
to maintain the Law and
to resist the corruption.
Usually, such a resistance is performed on the base of so-called «civil rights»,
the publicity and the democracy.
In order to maintain the stable capitalism, the Law have to protect the property,
the free trading, the free information and protect the society from the
insider trading and the monopolisation.
Under these conditions, the so called «invisible hand» regulates the labour and the prices.
Monopolization of the power leads to degradation of that above, destruction of capitalism and creation of fascism; all the state converts to the weapon used against the population.
Up to century 21, the only stable way to keep capitalism implies democracy, the freedom of information and the rotation of the superior power.
Often, the countries that fail to maintain these, loss the efficiency.
As soon as one capitalist becomes dictator that can uses the government to affect the prices in his interests, for his personal profit («insider trading», «pump and dump», «TrumptyDumpty»), the capitalism is converted to monopolism, authoritarism, Plutocracy, and, after to fix the monopoly as a law, a socialism, communism in the second meanings of these terms, if est, the absolute monarchy. Since that, all the law and the state serve the interest of the tyrants.
Such a degradation of capitalism is described in the sci-fi novel «NeznaikaAtMoon» («Незнайка на Луне»). Namely that book seem to be used as a tool to convert the young democracy at Moscovia to the fascistic ditatorship of Russia of century 21.
Degradation of the separation of powers seem to be strong indicator of the approaching collapse of any empire.
In models «Duration», any empire collapses, roughly within 20 years since the Federal Law explicitly abandons the separation of powers, allowing one offee, «fuhrer», «gensek» to keep the superior power forever. The 6 examples are considered; all of them refer to the monopolization of power, and, as a result, the centralized regulations of business, rise of the corruption and the degradation.
The highest stage of monopolization of ideology, information, legislation, executive power, courts and relation is denoted with term «Fascism». Elements of Fascism are rate to observe separately; usually the all are entangled and come together. Such a strong correlation justified the use of the special term «fascism» got these phenomena.
At fascism, many individuals delegate their tight and their duty to check the concept, to verify them, to refute them, to elaborate the moral criteria to the society; actually to the fuhrer, to the usurper.
In a fascistic society, the individuals try to look similar, to thing similar, to behave similar, as the sprout in a fascine. Symbol of branches, tidely formed in a fascines, are used in symbolic of fascistic societies.
Fascism is extremely efficient to reach the goal preserved by the fuhrer, for example, the militarization of the country and plundering lands from other countries.
In the long term scale of one or few generations, the fascism is not efficient; it leads to war and degradation; the society gets corrupt in a way similar to fermentation of the sprouts in a fascine.
Usually, the fascistic society do not recognize themselves as fascistic,
and the fascists do not identify themselves as fascists.
Neither the Bolshevistic party in the USSR, not the national-socialistic party in Germany
had called themselves as fascists.
However, there are exceptions: the party of Benito Mussolini at Italy explicitely had declared themselves as fascistic.
The main concept of communism is that the prudent honest regulation of the market and the labour may provide better performance, than the «Invisible hand».
The experience of so-called «socialistic» countries, and, especially, that of the USSR show that it is not a case. The long, careful work is necessary to construct a society, where the Laws are efficient. Only in such a society, the «Invisible hand» works. Over-vice, the frauds, the bribery, the corruption, the money laundering and the raider seizures become more efficient than the honest business, and the «Invisible hand» fails.
The sci-fi utopia «There Will Come Soft Rains» by Ray Bradbury describes the executed result of Annexation of Greenland,
Annexation of Canada and the «EpicFury» war against Iran.
In the utopia, the collapse of USA is scheduled for 2026.08.04.
Such a result (but not exactly the same date) of the crash of Capitalism at the USA is expected also by other authors
[2025.02.11, 2026.05.18].
It will be interesting to compare this forecast to the more recent observations.
