[[Ruvim Pechor]] ([[Ruvim Pechor]]) is main personage of the sci-fi utopia [[Tartaria]].

Ruvim and his wife ([[Nata Kiskin|Nata]]) and their daughter ([[Vitalina Pechor|Vitalina]]) flee from Moscovia in century 21, at very beginning of the [[Bigpuf]]. Then they separate.
Ruvim loses his job, and finds the new job Tartaria. Then, his ex-wife Nata comes to visit him and brings many problem.

This article is spoiler to trace the way of [[Ruvim Pechor]] in Tartaria.

==USA==
During tens years, Ruvim works in the USA for the [[Springfield Institute for Applied Genetics]] as a technician.
His specialty is [[quantum genetics]]. He constructs the sequences of DNA from cold atoms and molecules,
using non-classical intermediate states; this methods happens to be more efficient that the usual way of combining of the nucleotides "one by one". Ruvim has several publications about quantum engineering. Some his methods caused discussions, but then accepted.

Many genetically-modified plants are made using methods by Ruvim. These plants find application in the drug industry. This bring huge grants to laboratory of Ruvim.
Ruvim thinks that the practical importance of his results is overestimated. In order to convince colleagues, 
Ruvim calculates the statistical significance of the positive effects of preparats extracted from the new plans and submits the paper to the [[International Journal of Biological Research]].

Boss of Ruvim asks Ruvim to withdraw his submission, as the publication affects his business (drug industry).

Ruvim does not withdraw the manuscript, and it is published.
Rivim's boss gets furious and fires Ruvim with several formal pretexts.

Ruvim cannot provide sufficient support to Nata and Vitalina. Nata divorce from Ruvim, with hope to find more serious partner.
Vitalina thinks, that the parents should maintain her forever and upsets, breaking relations with both, Ruvim and Nata.

Ruvim cannot find any new position due to his scandalous reputation. The colleagues respect his achievements, but no one wants to employ him: 
"R.Pechor? No, no! He is impossible to handle!"

Ruvim applies to various institutes, but without success.

While Ruvim, Nata and Vitalina stay at the USA, the [[Bigpuf]] finishes with creation of new country barbarian country [[Tartaria]], that is qualified as "fourth word".

==[[Kristovina]] and [[Galia]]==

Suddenly, Ruvim gets invitation from [[Lesli Landov]] to work at the [[University of Galia]] in [[Tartaria]]. Ruvim did not apply for the position at that University,
but he has no other choice and he accepts the invitation.

[[Gella Ivanov]], yound student and [[secretute]] of [[Lesli Landov]],
picks Ruvim up at the [[Kristovina]] Airport and brings him to [[Galia]].

During several month, Pechor works at Galia, teaching and boosting the research there.
Then, [[Nata Kiskin]] comes to him, but she spends all her money for the ticket, and the border officer [[Derzhimordov]] tries to redirect [[Nata Kiskin]] to [[trulag]] as refugee.
[[Derzhimordov]] does not let Nata to move to Galia, until Ruvim signs the
document, that he is responsible for [[Nata Kiskin]] while she is in Tartaria.

Nata is unaware of the scale of Tratarian money ("fun") and gets an enormous loan from [[Murka Bank]] using her freedom as a pledge. The laws of Tartaria allow everyone to use their freedom in this way.
Then she commits two more crimes, that are qualified as [[pedophobia]] and [[nazism]].

Nata qualifies [[Gella Ivanov]] with term "[[малолетняя пиздорванка]]". 
Then, Nata uses term "[[блядь черножопая]]" with respect to [[Barbara Smit]].
Both cases appear in combination with attempts of the physical abuse. 
The case of Nata is considered by the National Court of Galia with top Judge [[Li Sitsin]].
Word "малолетняя" (underage) in combination with aggression  is qualified as [[pedophobia]]. 
Word "черножопая" (black ass) in combination with aggression is qualified as [[nazism]]. 
The National Court of Galia sentences Nata to the slavery (she becomes property of the [[Murka bank]]),
and [[Ruvim Pechor]] to "isolation", he becomes [[zek]] for 2 years.

Ruvim and Nata are sent to farm [[Murka]] for the slave market.

==[[Murka]]== 

Rivim and Nata are a little bit thick, and nobody wants to buy them.
Nata tries to find herself as sexworker but she cannot compete with young slim Asian girls.

For symbolic price, Nata and Ruvim are transferred to the [[Murka Rail Road]] company, to work at dosimetry and decontamination.
Their goal is to measure distribution of unstable isotopes in the snow.

The job is dangerous; several zeks from their brigade gets heavy dose and die.

Ruvim works in couple with young woman [[Yuma Hahalev]], and their job is qualified as excellent.

[[Mozdok Tsuker]] finds that the radiation signalization of [[biper]]s of slaves is switched-out, and makes scandal, as this contradicts the agreement between his company [[Norga Warm]] and [[Murka Rail Road]].
As the contribution, Mozdok gets three zeks: [[Ruvim Pechor]], [[Yuma Hahalev]] and [[Nata Kiskin]] for slave work at his company in [[Norga]].

==[[Norga]]==

At [[Norga]], the administrator of [[Norga Warm]], [[Mozdok Tsuker]] uses Ruvim as scientist.

The goal is to utilize the contaminated soul and the [[nuclear waste]], spread over Tartaria since the [[Bigpuf]], to make so-called 
[[century heater]].

In order to show the importance of the project, the test sample is declared to produce 1 kw of power during a century with relative variation of this power no more than 10%. 
At the appearance of Ruvim, the goal seems to be impossible:
no one of available isotopes can provide such a power and stability.

[[Pahan]] of Norga, [[Tolian Horoshilina]] thinks, that the project of [[century heater]] is [[fraud]], [[money laundering]].

[[Ruvim Pechor]] saves the project; he suggests compound of 2 kg of [[Pu-241]] and 8 kg of [[Am-241]] that, according to his estimates, provides the power and the stability required.
The stability is achieved at the cascade decay, by combining isotopes with different half-lives.

[[Pesia Zivertov]] is also slave, she is top chemist of the [[Norga Warm]]. She orders the top engineer [[Femistoklus Zalupaev]] to build-up the big device
[[samorat]], using the equipment for production of [[samogon]] as idea and prototype.

With [[samorat]]s, [[Pesia Zivertov]] extracts the required isotopes in amount, sufficient to fill two [[c-heater]]s.
As a by-product, she extracts also several kg of other isotopes of Plutonium, including [[Pu-239]].

Rumors about separation of [[plutonium]] isotopes cause the international scandal: the [[Pu-239]] is qualified as "weapon-grade".
In order to calm-down the international community, [[Tolian Horoshilina]] orders his [[secretute]] to organize the international congress about separation of isotopes at [[Norga Warm]].

Ruvim presents his results, but, again, say some things about limitations of the devices, causing discontent of Mozdok.

In order to neutralize Ruvim, Mozdok sends him to remote farm [[Komi]] to test the first two experimental [[c-heater]]s.
In addition, Mozdok orders Ruvim to give interview to news agency "[[The Clever Times]]". This agency has certain reputation, that is supposed to discredit all the Ruvim's statements.

==[[Komi]]==

The basic home and greenhouse are mounted in [[Komi]] for Ruvim and the two [[c-heater]]s.
The experiment should show the trend of heat generation and extrapolate it, in order to check (to confirm or to reject) the claim, that such a heater can work during a century without maintenance.

The [[c-heaters]] provide the heat declared, but this heat is not sufficient to warm the home and te greenhouse during the cold winter.
Ruvim has to collect wood for the chimney.
Also, Ruvim mounts the windmill generator.

Often, the journalists from [[The Clever Times]] visit him to make the popular reportages about development of science.

En fin, administration of farm [[Kirian]] buys [[Ruvim Pechor]] from the [[Norga Warm]]
in order to use him as biochemist. 

Mozdol Tsuker searches for a new vigilant to look after the Pechor's [[Centiry heater]]s.
Tsuker afraid for a mistreat, so, he does not want to employ any citizen of [[Komi]] for this.
En fin, [[Vitalina Pechor]] (daughter of [[Ruvim Pechor]] and [[Nata Kiskin]]) from the USA agrees to be full-time employed as the vigilant.
(Anyway, she had separated from her boyfriend and has no job at the USA.)

==[[Kirian]]==
Climate at [[Kirian]] is much warmer than that at [[Komi]].
In Kirian, all kinds of drugs are legal.

The Ministery of Health of Kirian employs Ruvim Pedhor to determine the 
minimal lethal dose of each drugs for the suiciders. 

There, the suicide with drugs is also legal.

With Ruvim's rationalizations, the drug suicide becomes very pleasurable and popular, especially for the people with genetic defects; there are many since the [[Bigpuf]]. 

[[The Clever Times]] publishes a scandal reportage about the case,
with claim, that [[Ruvim Pedchor]] goes to kill all the population of [[Kirian]].

The case is qualified as dangerous for all the Tartaria and cannot anymore be considered as the internal national case of [[Kirian]].
By decision of the Federal Court, Ruvim is prohibited to enter farm [[Kirian]].
Ruvim noticed that logic, once formalized, is not the same as truth:
Even the Federal Judge form Kirian had approved this verdict. 

Ruvim is sold to [[Imar]].
==[[Imar]]==
Imar is high above sea level. To prevent the spread of cancer from ultraviolet radiation, national law requires wearing clothing during daylight hours.

Ruvim is "employed" to estimate influence of the ultraviolet radiation on the
development of cancer of patients with generic defects.

The goal is to check, if the solar ultraviolet enhances the harm due to ionizing radiation from isotopes that are spread with dust and food..

The new owner of [[Ruvim Pechor]] dislikes his results and their interpretation..

Ruvim being asked about the case, qualifies it with single word: «[[Realpolitik]]»

==[[Kristovina]]==

[[Kristovina]] is that farm, where the adventures of Ruvim begun two years ago. 

[[Ruvim Pechor]] works on the religious project.
The goal of the project is to prove that
[[God]] had programmed all the live on the Earth, 
using the same programing language and the same compiler from that language.

As a by-product, Ruvim and few his colleagues are expected to reconstruct both,
the language and the compiler. The [[Quantum Genetic]] already allow to construct 
the specie - as soon as the code of DNA is calculated.<br>
Quantum genetics implements DNA; forecastive genetic designs it and/or predicts the result.

The two-year punisment for Ruvim is over. With a pompese ceremony, Ruvim is declared to be [[Refugee]] and, after a minute, a resident of [[Kristovina]].

With the liberation, nothing changes in the life style of Ruvim.

Ruvim and his new coauthors get interesting results and publish them.

Then Regime begins to criticize the scientific methodic based on the [[Bible]]..

Ruvim is fired. He moves to [[Galia]]. There, the Laboratory is equipped better than in Krisotvina National University.

==Again [[Galia]]==
Again, Ruvim works with [[Ushat Pomoev]] and new students.

Pomoev is glad, thar Ruvim returned, and regrets for the two years lost for the collaboration.

Pomoev and Pechor work about combination of genomes from different kingdoms.
For some reason that [[Pechor]] qualifies as "ethical",
Pechor prefers to work with Plants and Fungus, but not with Animals.

American colleagues cite the papers by Pomoev and Pechor.
Pechor and Pomoev participate in many international videoconferences.

The [[Springfield University]] at the USA invites [[Ruvim Pechor]] for the tenure-track position to work on the project on creation of species of fungos that are able to accumulate any specific kind of isotopes. The claim is, that the biochemical separation of isotopes is achieved.
Ruvim does not reply the invitation. 

Ruvim has good job and the good chances to get the citizenship for his achievements in the [[Forecastic Genetic]]. 

Ruvim knows that his mentality is horrible and wants to become property of a wise woman - someone similar to the shop owner [[Po Lin]]. 

[[Agent Smit]], [[Vasili Pupkin]] and [[Ruvim Pechor]] drink [[Kranberka]]
at Pupkin's nome. They discusses the Pechor's intent to become [[Dependant]].
Agent qualifies the idea about the dependency, using terms 
"idiotism",
"[[Stockholm syndrome]]" and
"slave mentality". 
[[Valili Pupkin]] has similar opinion, but uses the hard slang to express it.
Then [[Gella Ivanov]] appears in the room..

==Tail==
During the narration, [[Ruvim Pechor]] visits many farms of [[Tartaria]],
performing various kinds of work, sometimes completely out of his profession.
