T.: Mr. President. On behalf of the USA, I wish to convey a request to you. Please refrain from attacking Russian facilities that produce diesel fuel.
Z.: Could you explain why are you concerned about the fuel of a terrorist state? Did the war criminal ask you to do this?
T.: The fact is, your strikes on Russian oil refineries are affecting global prices. That is, they are driving up global prices for petroleum products.
Z.: But you do the same thing! You sell oil and petroleum products. You needed to raise prices. That’s why you started the Epic Fury. Our country is helping you to the best of its ability.
T.: Nevertheless, you need to temporarily shift your attacks to other targets. At least until November 3rd. After that, you may turn all of Russia into one giant blazing bonfire if you like.
Z.: For that, we would need several devices with an energy output in the exajoule range. We have been unilaterally honoring the terms of the Budapest Memorandum since 2014. I think this would be an opportunity to finally denounce that memorandum. Anyway, you see no need to implement its statements.
T.: That would mean an escalation of the military conflict.
Z.: Your country had a dozen years to fulfill its guarantees under the Budapest Memorandum and stop the escalation. But your country failed to do so. Your «24 hours to stop the war» are gradually turning into 24 years.
T.: But surely you understand that there are circumstances beyond our control.
Z.: Making deals with a war criminal and trading with a terrorist state are not circumstances beyond your control. It is a blatant escalation of the war. «Realpolitik», — that is what you call trading in stolen goods.
T.: We have to proceed based on the actual circumstances - the cards we’re holding.
Z.: I don’t play cards, and we don’t have the strong cards you do. That’s why we can’t act as if we did have those cards. We can’t act the way you would if Russia attacked your country. We are stopping Russian aggression in the way we can. The USA and the UK aviation did the same with Nazi Germany in 1940-1945. If you can do it better, then please, go ahead. It should have been done twelve years ago, but better late than never.
T.: Fine, let’s discuss this after November 3rd. In the meantime, don’t bomb Russian oil refineries.
Z. What proportion of the diesel fuel intended for American farmers is being bought up by the Russian military?
T.: I don't know. But enough to double the price of diesel fuel.
Z.: Let’s look at the companies trading with Russia. How about arranging some sort of compensation for them?
T.: Are you planning to deliver this «compensation» via Flamingo missiles?
Z.: I’m sorry, Mr. Trump; I can’t answer that question. Honestly, I don’t know. I try not to interfere in the work of the people actually carrying out the operations.
T.: You’re trying to escalate the conflict.
Z.: You’re the one trying to spread the conflict to Venezuela, Cuba, Southwest Asia, and North America. We, on the other hand, are containing the conflict as best we can. If it weren't for us, "Geran" and "Shahed" drones would already be flying toward Western Europe and Alaska. We’re doing what NATO should have been doing. But for some reason, NATO’s response has been very restrained.
T.: Because for years, they didn't contribute enough to defense. The US can't carry the whole of NATO on its back.
Z.: Our country isn't a NATO member, so I do not criticize your diplomats for failing to manage NATO.
T.: I’d like this conversation to remain confidential.

If Americans decide to convert the peaceful democratic USA to an aggressive monarchy, to destroy the USA, then no scientific analysis can help them.
