Граждане не могут свободно высказывать свое мнение, если оно не совпадает с позицией власти; растет число политзаключенных, сотни тысяч людей выдавлены из страны. Фактически уничтожено местное самоуправление, и в огромном государстве всё решает один человек. «Военные операции» на территории сопредельных государств ведут к неминуемой изоляции и деградации. ..
