Update
Soviet veterans, Russian fascists systematically remove from sites of wikimedia texts and images of the the Russian authors that did not support Sovietism. In particular, this image is nominated for deletion at Wikimedia common by bott that run at IP 37.144.145.16 20:40, 16 February 2015 (UTC) and IP 95.28.25.114 , 13:46, 6 March 2016 (UTC).
They use pretext of defence of the author's rights, inventing the new and new rules for the deletion. Sometimes this vandalism ant trolling are supported by the administration. Some of the deleted images are stored in TORI.
In Wikimedia Common, the removal of the image may have goal of vandalising of the following articles:
