==Plot==

[[Tartaria Guide for Newcomers]] is oriented mainly to non-educated refugees.

Most of them barely speak English. 

The refugees had listened rumors that [[Tartaria]] accept everybody 
regardless of their current status and religion. 

Some refugees had expected that they will be allowed to wear a hijab, <br>
or to choose a food that does not include human meat nor pork, <br>
or to have some privacy, at least for defecation and urination, <br>
or to stay together for a family, and so on. 

This pamphlet explains that this is not the case: Tartaria gives safety, but not comfort.

If your country still works, do not leave.

Better, try to improve you country to the level of Tartaria of even better.

Consider to join Tartaria together with your country. <br>

If you still decide to move to Tartaria as a refugee, read carefully before entering.

In order to enter Tartaria, you need to agree to follow the Tartarian Laws.

Life in Tartaria is strict.

Life in all Farms of Tartaria is shared. No privacy. 

Families here are different from what you may know.

Tartaria has many farms. The National Laws in a farm are not the same as in other farms.

Browse the National Laws of several farms. 

Consult the Adviser. Choose the farm that better fits your Religion. 

You are likely be assigned to the farm you choose. But the administration decide.

Your expected (and preferred) path at Tartaria:

Refugee - Resident - National (citizen) of one of Farms. 

The speed of your upgrade depends on your skill and your will.

=== 2. <big>📜</big> Laws ===

Learn Basic English. 

Follow Tartarian Laws.

Respect the people around:
- Tartarians, 
- residents, 
- guests, 
- visitors, 
- other refugees. 

Respect others independently on their age, independently on their religion, independently on their morphology and their color.<br>
The age discrimination («[[pedophobia]]»), race discrimination («[[racism]]») are prohibited.

Do not allow aggression. [[Appeasing aggression]] is also crime.

Respect [[Property]]. 

Respect animals. If you kill a wild (nobody's) animal, you need to explain why you did that.

Respect plants and mushrooms. If you cut a plant, you need to explain why you did that.

Respect beauty. Littering may be qualified a crime.

Respect food. Intentional [[destruction of food]] is prohibited.

Breaking Laws leads to punishment. May include the deportation or loss your freedom. ⚠️

You may not choose freely what to eat while in [[Trulag]]. <big>🍲</big>

You may be limited having property while in [[Trulag]].

Some Religious customs cannot be fully followed in Tartaria -
as soon as your cult touches the right of someone else (perhaps an adept of another religion).

=== 4. <big>👷</big> Work & Learning===

Learn a skill or profession.

First stay in [[Trulag]] to study and practice 🏫

<b>[[There is no freedom without Law]]</b>.

Your freedom ends where the freedom of another begins. 

Learn laws and rules before getting freedom.

===5. <big>👤</big> Being a [[Dependent]] ===

Some refugees want to become a [[Dependent]] under a Tartarian Owner. <big>🧑‍🏫</big>

It is not the simplest way to stay at Tartaria.
And perhaps not the most pleasurable way.

Even if you are attractive, without knowledge or skills you will be probably rejected - even if you offer yourself for free.<br>
Owner takes full responsibility. So Owner chooses carefully.

If your offer is accepted - then,
If the Owner dislikes some of your actions, you may be sold to [[Contslag]].
There, the conditions are worse than in [[Trulag]].
Responsibility is serious.

Please, consider [[Trulag]] as recommended and default option for the beginning.

Work, learn, obey Laws.
