One of them is called [[Gravitsapa]] and considered as a [[perpetual motion]] machine. (Although, due to the principle of [[relativity of motion]], any intertioid is equivalent of the perpetual motion).

Several researchers had indicated that the activity of the  Maximov space research intitute is fraud<!--, approved at the level of the government!-->,
but up to year 2011, no sancitons with respect to this institute seem to be applied.
