The second meaning of the term is opposite; communism is slavery, total corruption of administration, supported by [[propaganda]],
[[censorship]], [[fraud]]s (including the [[election fraud]]) and heavy exploitation of workers by the state officials. 

The experience of the USSR and its colonies in century 20 indicate, that the socialism in the first meaning is a fairy tale, invented and promoted in interests of [[usurpation]] of power by the junta of [[terror]]ists.

Slogan [[The only good communist is a dead one]] implies, that there exist no honest, "good" communists.
