Two strange cylindrical objects are seen in the left hand side od the image.

Wikimapia qualify them as "vertical cisterns".

From the outside view, it is difficult to guess, whet is inside: Drinking water? Dirty water? Kerosine? Heptil? Components of a chemical weapon? Salts of unstable isotopes?
