X2FA1 ⾡ is Unicode character number 12193, KanjiRadical, RADICAL WALK [1].
⾡ uses 3 bytes: %e2%be%a1 ; 226 190 161 in the decimal representation.
⾡ can be pronounced Shinnyou, しんにょう and may refer to advance, move ahead [2].
X2FA1 ⾡ is easy to confuse with character X8FB5 辵 [3] that has similar image, similar pronunciation and similar meaning.
Synonyms
There are 5 Unicode characters, that are synonyms of X2FA1 ⾡ and X8FB5 辵:
X2ECC ⻌ [4], KanjiRadical, Walk0, SIMPLIFIED WALK
X2ECD ⻍ [5], KanjiRadical, Walk1, WALK ONE
X2ECE ⻎ [6], KanjiRadical, Walk2, WALK TWO
X8FB6 辶 [7], KanjiLiberal, Walk3
XFA66 辶 [8], KanjiConfudal, Walk4
Set of the five Unicode characters above is denoted with term WalkU.
Word WalkU by itself also can be treated as synonym of
X2FA1 ⾡ and
X8FB5 辵.
It is amazing, but the last word in term WALK ONE or WALK TWO does not seem to indicate number of walking persons (as it is shown in figures at right).
This could be related with the poor presentation of these characters in the default fonts; the characters look too similar with others.

Confusion
In century 21, the computer support of characters of Japanese is underdeveloped.
Up to year 2021, there is no united standard for the default font, that would allow each character to look the same at various computers, but different from other characters.
Apparently, the opposite cases take place: the character looks different with the default font of different operational systems, but similar to other characters at the same computer. This causes confuses.
In particular, this refers to character X2FA1 ⾡.
Characters
X2FA1 ⾡,
X8FB5 辵 cause confusion.
Evan a native Japanese speaker, watching ⾡, 辵, is unlikely to answer:
Which of them is X2FA1?
Which of them is X8FB5?
Characre ⾡ is qualified as Chinese[9] and 辵 is Japanese [10]; it could specify citizenship of a walker (Chinese or Japanese), or the country (China or Japan) where the walk is performed. However, these characters look similar; looking at such a character, it is difficult to guess, is it Chinese or Japanese kanji.
However, these characters can be distinguished with PHP program du1.t, using command
php du1.t ⾡辵
but this is not convenient to do this each time, when some of these two characters appear in the text and the reader/writer tries to guess, is it Chinese or Japanese. Neither ⾡ nor 辵 is allowed in Tarja.
Tarja
Due to the confusion with graphic presentation of characters X2FA1 ⾡ and X8FB5 辵, none of these kanjis is allowed in Tarja. Character X2FA1 ⾡ can be translated into Tarja in the following way:
Shinnyou or しんにょう, if refers to street, movement, or advance.
Shinnyuu or しんじゅう, naka, なか, kimasu, きます, if refers to entry, penetration, coming in.
SIMPLIFIED WALK or WALK ONE or WALK TWO
X2FA1, or RADICAL WALK, if necessary to distinguish it from character X8FB5 辵.
