Newspeak (Новояз) is language of propaganda.
The term is borrowed from the sci-fi utopia «1984» by George Orwell (see picture at right).
Here, this term has slightly different (but similar) meaning.
The term can be applied to language of propaganda, based on any native language.
In particular, Sovetism (official religion, mythology of the Moscovia) uses the Newspeak.

Often, propaganda is considered as a kind of misinformation, fraud, designed to trick the readers.
Here, a little bit different approach to propaganda is suggested.
This approach assumes that Propaganda use the special language, Newspeak.
This language is characterized in the following:
Grammar and phonetics of Newspeak are the same as those of the native language used as the base.
The semantics of the Newspeak is opposite to that of the native language. The example is shown in figure at right.
The same idea applied to the Italian version of the Newspeak is exploited in the novel «Gelsomino nel paese dei bugiardi»
in a little bit exaggerated manner.
Once some text, sort, movie, audio is qualified as propaganda, the simple rule can be applied to interpret it:
Each non-trivial statement of Propaganda needs to be replaced to its opposite - as in is shown in the cartoon at right.
At the first approach, the meaning of any non-trivial statement in Newspeak
is just opposite to that it would have in the native language, as it is shown in the cartoon at right. This is main rule of the Newspeak.
The rule of the Newspeak, by itself, gives the way to reveal, to identify the propaganda:
If after the inversion of all non-trivial statements of a message it become more self-consistent and fits better the direct observations,
then message can be qualified as propaganda.
The more propagandistic is the message, the more accurate information can be extracted from it with the inversion of the non-trivial statements.
If the propaganda promises that the ruble is a stable currency and that there will be no monetary reform, it means a reform is in preparation and rubles will lose their value.
If the propagandist promises not to raise the retirement age, it means the retirement age will be raised.
The inclusion of promises — made for propaganda purposes — not to lay claim to any territory is an indication that an armed invasion of that territory is being prepared.
If the propagandist promises to stop war in 24 hours, this means, that he goes to appease the aggression, to prolong the war, to boil it, to expand it to new territories.
If the propagandist declares that the new tariffs will cause decrease of prices,
this confirms that the prices will go up.
And so on.
The practice of saying things "al reverse" can be traced back over millennia; it originated long before the term "Newspeak" was coined. One old example is considered in the next section.

Zhao Gao had a reputation for being influential, cruel, and vengeful. He needed to determine who among the high-ranking officials (the analogy of a Soviet Politburo) ate corrupt enough to be used to dismantle the Chinese state and establish a bloody dictatorship.
Zhao Gao brought a deer to the emperor and claimed that he was gifting him a horse.
The young emperor, failing to grasp the treacherous scheme, assumed it was a joke. He asked why Zhao Gao had called the deer a horse.
Zhao Gao replied:
«Let us ask the members of the Politburo. Who among them agrees with me that this is a horse?»
Some courtiers disagreed. But the most cunning and deceitful among them feared Zhao Gao; they confirmed that he had indeed brought the emperor a horse.
With this, Zhao Gao achieved two objectives at once:
1. He signaled to the officials that he was looking for scoundrels willing to repeat a lie.
2. He identified which members of the Politburo were relatively honest.
Gao killed off all the honest officials who refused to lie, and falsehood became the foundation of China’s state structure. This marked the beginning of the degradation of Chinese civilization — a decline that has persisted for a couple of millennia. Gao’s tick set the trajectory for Chinese politics for ages to come, and by the 18th century, China had lost its former influence.
This legend serves as an illustration of how a small lie can destroy a great civilization.
Fortunately for humanity, Chinese civilization is not the only one on Earth.
A couple of millennia after Gao, the Renaissance took place in the barbaric Europe,
giving rise to what is known as Western civilization. Subsequently, for few centuries, it was Western civilization that remained dominant. Many of humanity’s achievements are attributed to Western civilization, including:
the steam pump,
the steam engine,
locomotives,
steamships,
chronometers,
telescopes,
electricity, radio communication,
the telephone, television,
automobiles,
aeronautics,
airplanes,
computers,
genetics,
the theory of functions of a complex variable,
quantum mechanics,
nuclear physics,
and spacecrafts.
Western civilization could lose its leadership in much the same way that Chinese civilization once did:
An influential scoundrel labels a
war criminal a
“humanist,”
then bribes those who agree with this assessment, while crushing those who refuse to repeat the lie. People grow accustomed to tolerating falsehoods, replace human moral standards with Realpolitik, and end up killing one another by the millions.
Such scenarios are explored in works like
“Bradbury/ThereWillComeSoftRains”
and “CivilWar2024". Both scenarios specify a date for the collapse of civilization: the years 2024 and 2026.
As of the time this article was uploaded, both predicted dates have already passed.
Nevertheless, the historical mechanisms depicted in these grim accounts could still manifest well beyond those dates. Something similar happened with the assessment Andrei Amalrik made in his essay, "Will the Soviet Union Survive Until 1984?"; his prediction came true, albeit eight years late.
In estimating how much longer the USSR’s death throes might last, Amalrik’s calculation was off by a factor of 1.5.
If something like this were to befall Western civilization — Europe and America — then Asian nations, China in particular, could seize the mantle of leadership, at least until the emergence of a new "Zhao Gao". In century 20, the closest approach was the "Red Guards" phenomenon,
but they did not succeed to crush China, and in century 21, at least the economic of China show fast growth.
Historians might criticize the version above (as it is simplified and exaggerated), but it is unlikely that anyone would dare to argue that calling a deer a horse, labeling a war criminal a "humanist", or engaging in some form of "Alternative Math" contributes to the civilized development of society.
Moscovia often changes its name:
«Moskovskoe Kniazhestvo» (Московское Княжество),
«Rossiiskaya Imperia» (Российская империя),
«Sovetskaya Rossia» (Советская Россия),
«Russian Federation» (RF, Российская Федерация) -
de facto, all these refer to the same country with absolute monarchy, slavery, state terror, censorship and heavy propaganda.
Each new renaming pretends that the new name is final. Practically, often,
each new name for Moscovia does not last even a century.
For phenomena that remain longer than a century, the generic term «Moscovia» is more suitable. The specific names (RF, USSR, Soviet Russia, etc.)
may specify the time interval rather than the geography.
Use of Newspeak is typical for Moscovia.
Being interpreted in terms of normal semantic of the native language,
the statements of Moscovian officials, propagandists, dictators look absolutely wrong;
not just lie but a pathology.

Indeed, it is not a pathology, not an exception. It is normal style of the Newspeak. Would the Moscovian dictator suddenly begin to say truth - then it would be pathology, interesting, exceptional, rare phenomenon for Moscovia.
Here, the apparently wrong statements by Moscovian officials are not interpreted as lie.
Instead, they are treated as sentences in the special language, Newspeak
The grammar is similar to that of the native language.
The semantic is opposite.
The Moscovian official church claims to be Christian, but it means, that it is Satanic, antichrist
state department that acts in a way opposite to that described in the New Testament.
official says that Russia never had attacked any neighbor country, but this means, that
Moscovia permanently initiate wars.
The Moscovian officials claim that ruble is stable, solid currency; this mean, that the next devaluation is approaching.
And so on.
In general, any non-trivial statement of the Moscovian official by default should be interpreted in this way.
Sometimes this method fails. But in general, the inversion of non-trivial statements by the Moscovian propaganda give
The most known examples of use of Newspeak refer to the Moscoiva of time of the USSR;
roughly since 1920 to 1990.
The soviet bolsheviks did not recognize themselves as fascisits, although
even the name of their organization indicates that they worship the will of the mayotity with
the implicit claim to have right to do whatever they want within minorities («mensheviks»).
The analogy with sprouts tied together is shown in USSA state Logo, see picture at right.
The same analogy is used by their Italian colleagues.
The bolsheviks pretended that they are fighting against the religion.
Actually, they created the new religion. It is denoted with term
Sovetism
(ascii transliteration of Russian word Советизм).
Term «Sovietism» refers to the official ideology of unconditional support of the Soviet Union and its allies, approval of decisions of the Moscovian dictators (so-called «genseks») and their accomplices
Humans, who support this ideology are denoted with term
«Sovkopitek» («Совкопитек»).
Sovetism does not recognize itself as religion. The Moscovian fascists denote their religion with terms «Bolshevism», «Communism», «Socialism» making confusion of the terroristic, fascistic practice with the noble ideas used as camouflage for hiding the destructive goals of of the top Soviet administration.
The apparent contradiction between the declarations of the Moscovian practice and the official declaration of the Moscovian leaders in mentioned in the Soviet Folklor.
Intuitively, the Soviet population know, that the official ideology is just wrong. However, since the childhood, the sovkopiteks learn that the public demonstration of any logical deduction applied to official publications become extremely dangerous.
Due to the long hard selection, the most of moscovites have lost the ability to the logic in terms of the Boolean algebra; they use the motivated reasoning instead.
This style of rhetoric is called also
Female logic,
although both males and females use it.
Sine authors interpret this as a generic defect of Moscovians, as an evidence of an
extra chromosome, although no genetic analysis confirm such an origin of the collective madness,
vulnerability to the Newspeak and the sovetism, the double-think, dialectics, demagogy,
«двоемыслие».
Some of postulates of the Sovetism are listed below.
1. The Soviet Union, since its inception, has pursued a peaceful foreign policy.
2. On the ground, in air, and at sea, the Red Army is the strongest and can easily defeat any enemy with little blood, by a single mighty blow.
3. The advantages of the socialist mode of production provide the Soviet citizens with a higher standard of living, than that in any capitalist country.
4. 1941.06.22, fascist Germany treacherously and suddenly attacked the peaceful USSR. But the Soviet people, at the cost of great sacrifices, defeated German fascism.
5. Hungarian citizens are grateful to the Soviet Union for fraternal assistance in 1956 in protecting the gains of socialism.
6. Soviet means excellent.
7. Residents of the USSR have all the civil rights and freedoms; in the USSR, everyone is equal before the law.
8. The Soviet republics, that form the USSR, are equal, may exit from the USSR, but remain in the USSR Union voluntarily. The
interaction between these republics is based on friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation.
9. Gagarin Yuri Alekseevich flew into space. He was the first men in cosmos.
10. Czechs and Slovaks are grateful to the Soviet Union for fraternal assistance in 1968 in defending the gains of socialism.
11. The Soviet people managed to defeat the corruption typical of the capitalist countries. Honesty and prudence are the norms of life of Soviet people.
12. The USSR is the most advanced country in the world. It has the most advanced science, technology and culture. The USSR is indestructible, it will always exist.
13. The current generation of Soviet people will live in a communist society.
14. Communism is the bright future of all mankind.
15. In 1979, Soviet troops, at the request of Afghan leader Amin, entered Afghanistan to fulfill their international duty.
16. The Soviet ruble is the most solid, stable and reliable currency.
17. The peoples of Afghanistan are grateful to the Soviet people for fraternal help in overthrowing the anti-people government of Amin in 1980-1985.
18. The Soviet Union is a peaceful country and a world leader in the struggle for world peace.
19. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union is the mind, honor and conscience of our era.
20. Soviet leaders by themselves shw examples of patriotism and courage in the struggle of the Soviet people for the ideals of communism.
21. Even if there is anything bad or wrong in the USSR or in the post-Soviet Russia, it is isolated and non–typical case.
22. Critics, who express doubts in the thesis above, are anticommunists and anti-Soviet; they should be punished.
The postulates above form the base of the Moscovian Newspeak.
At the collapse of USSR, the KGB mafia takes the superior power at Moscovia. They still keep many of postulates of the Sovetism mentioned above and use them in the propaganda. In particular, this refers to the justification of aggression, war. The Moscovian nazis pretend that they did not invade the foreign countries.
At the first half of century 21, the putin world war against the human civilization is denoted with term Dvizhuha (Движуха). Term «Специальная военная операция» is also used for that aggression beginning with the escalation to the full-scale existential war, total war since 2022.02.24.
The main goal of the Dvizhuha is destruction of the Mosvoivan dictator: without Dvizhuha, he is bored.
Following the
«graphic of the special military operation», the consumption of the Russian cannon fodder increases, roughly, with a constant increment of order of one ork/day.
In 2026, the consumption approach 2000 orks/day;
the total Russian military loss approaches two million orks.
The Dvizhuha tallows the graphic, in accordance with the plan of the Russian dictator.
No other graphic of Dvizhuha is found in the Russian official publications.
At the moment of uploading of this article (year 2026), the
Dvizhuha
is already biggest war in the Human history after the World War II. For the activity of the Russian officials,
the Russian dictator is qualified as War Crime.
However, the Russian propaganda avoids to use term war. Several authors who had called the Dvizhuha a war were published by the Russian fascists. In this sense the Neswspeak at Moscoiva is prescribed by the officials.
The putin's Dvizhuha against Ukraine had found the support at the USA administration; mainly from Donald Trump, JD Wince and Steve Witkoff. They apparently take side of the aggressor, blaming Ukraine for not surrendering to Russian orks. For some observers, that happened to be unexpected.
On the other hand, those, who knew Donald Trump as a liar, it was not unexpected. However, the statements by Donald Trump need to be translated from the Newspeak.
Trump sais that he wills end the war in 24 hours - this means, that he has benefits from the Dvizhuha, and he tries to prolong it for many years, to boost it, to boil it, to extend to other territories - to North America, to Iran, then everywhere, with goal to reach the scale of the World War II or even worse (if the American people allow this).
Trump clams, that the heavy tariffs help the people - this mean, that it is just an additional tax, that increases the most of prices.
Trump and his accomplices had said, that Iranian negotiators claimed that Iran has enriched Urianim - this means, that no Iranian negotiators had claimed that. The reason for the EpicFury is completely different; perhaps, the pumping the prices of fuel, to get more benefits for the American oil companies.
The Trump's accomplice qualify the Russian dictator as a «Humanitarian» - this confirm, that he is tyrant, war crime, dangerous for the Human Civilization and, in particular, for the USA,
Trump claims that he foes to «Make America Great Again» - this means, that he tries to convert the USA to barbarian, corrupted savage and poor country. One of mechanisms he can used for this is denoted with term «TrumpForever»; beginning with the 3d presidential term. The expected result of the «3d presidential term» is shown in movie «CivilWar2024».
In general, translation from the Newspeak of statements by Trump and his acomplices show good agreement with independent observations.
The examples shown are collected and analyzed here with scientific goals. The interpretation above is not an attempt to affect the policy of any specific country.
If the Russian people decide to go to barbarianism, then Editor tries to respect the will of the nation. perhaps, nothing can be done about this. In the statistic model Duration, the RF collapses before 2031 at significance level 83%.
If the American people want the «Trump forever», as it is shown in movie «CivilWar2024», then Editor tires to respect their decision.
And the same about China. Editor respects the Chinese civilization and cannot teach the Chinese people how to avoid new catastrophes caused by calling a deer a horse and other uses of the Newspeak.
However, even in these cases, Editor keeps his right (and even duties) to call things with their proper names, to suggest definitions for euphemisms and other fuzzy terms, to construct historic models and to compare their predictions to a posteriori observations.
Often the artists reveal the inconsistencies of the statements in Newspeak
and express them in cartoons.
