Tartaria is science fiction.
The Narrative of Tartaria begins with file
01 . Below is the introduction.
Here, term «Tartaria» refers to an extensive Gedankenexperiment about the logical fundamentals of the most popular paradigms, so-called «common sense» ("The rules are established, just follow!").
In this introduction the Narrator explains why this case is of interest.
This research is an attempt of the Narrator to understand the commonly accepted rules.
At the moment of loading of this article, some of these rules are difficult to understand and therefore difficult to follow.
In such a way, this project is an attempt of the Narrator to understand and to follow the common customs.
This introduction begins with simple examples.
Narrator hopes, at least these two examples do not affect someones interests and will not be rejected without consideration.
One may check that the addition of the three numbers in the figure at the top.
The addition seem to be performed correctly, following the well-established rules of arithmetic.
In this sense, one may believe that all numbers at the table are meaningful.
After to understand the meaning of the last number at the top picture, one may consider also more complicated questions.
For example that about meaning of the average value of the year's income of the population of some barbarian country;
in particular in the case when during the heavy, bloody and destructive Dvizhuha,
tens officials of that country become dollar billionaires.

The second picture about shows the scheme of the optical experiment borrowed from the Moscovia textbook on physics. As in the case of the example 1, the Narrator fails to understand it.
According to the contest, the picture pretends to show the decomposition of the white beam to the spectrum and its composition back to the white beam with two prisms.
As in the case of example 1, the concept seems to be just wrong.
As in the case of example 1, the picture is widely exposed at least since century 20;
the old version of this picture is also available at the moment of loading of this Chapter.
The wrong picture had been exposed to millions of school children, but Narrator knows the only one case of complain, and even that case caused no effect: the incorrect image was not removed in subsequent reprints of the textbook.
Even the official thesis of Sovetism about the «unbreakable USSR» caused more public doubts than the confusing picture in the school textbook.
The wrong pictures make impression that either the authors never has performed the experiments they describe and perhaps never has even seen any glass prism, or the authors intentionally confuse the Russian speaking public;
for example, with the goal to boost the collapse of the USSR and then to boost the collapse or RF.
As for the interpretation, for each of the commonly accepted (but doubtful for the Narrator) concept, the four hypotheses can be considered:
1. The Narrator is idiot and cannot understand elementary things, that are obvious even for children.
2. The Narrator it smart researcher, while the most of people around are idiots suggesting and insisting on the absurd concept(s).
3. The example is a joke, to trick nerds who take the things too seriously, to provoke the funny reaction.
4. The example is an intentional propaganda, misinformation, committed by an imposters with some not-so-clean goals.
At the moment of uploading of this project, for each of the cases considered (in particular, for the two simple examples above), the Narrator has no sufficient evidence to reject any of the four hypothesis above. So, all the following analysis is designed without to assume any of the four hypothesis for each of the examples; as for the two examples above, as for other cases considered in this project; in particular, those mentioned in the main narrative.
Thus, the core idea, the goal of this project is an attempt to uncover internal contradictions whether within generally accepted paradigms or within their negations.
While, the Narrator cannot consider any of Fig.1 of Fig.2 as a useful tool to follow.
The pictures look as an example «2+2» in movie
«Alternative Math».
They seem to be commonly accepted, but difficult to understand and difficult to follow.
This research appears as an attempt to prove at least some of the «common sense» concepts, to construct the
«proof by contradiction» ("Demostración por contradicción", "доказательство от противного", "背理法による証明" ("hairiho ni yoru shomei")).
This is the main goal of this project.
In order to simplify such a proof, some assumptions in this utopia are a little bit exaggerated.
This research is not an attempt to show the colleagues, that all they are wrong; not an attempt to show, how things should be done correctly.
Better to say, it is an attempt of Narrator to learn, that the question «How much is 2+2?» should be adjusted with question «Do we sell or buy?» before to answer, following the commonly accepted rules and customs.
Narrator does not try to take the role of a protester who rises up against the well established rules, as it is shown in Fig.3.
Contrary, Narrator tries to learn to follow the common sense of the majority of the society. At least, in order to reveal the case when the result of addition 2+2 needs to be 5 (as in the banners shown in Fig.3) and the case when it should be declared to be 22, as in movie «Alternative Math» mentioned above.
The goal of this project is to learn, how to get the benefit from the carefully adjusted answer following the changing conditions. One of possible application of this research may be analysis of the time intervals specified as «Near Future» and as «Very Near Future»; as well as measurement of temperature of the «Absolutely cold tea», posed in century 20 by Dmitriy Beklemishev. The concept behind this specific study is shown in Fig. 4.
In such a way, Narrator does not criticize the commonly accepted paradigms, but tries to understand them, to interpret them and if possible, even to follow them.
This research appears as an attempt to prove at least some of the «common sense» concepts, to construct the

In order to simplify such a proof, some assumptions in this utopia are a little bit exaggerated.
There are also additional goals; some meaningful results are expected to be achieved as a by-products:
(1) Test of the applicability or the
TORI Axioms [1] outside of the natural sciences.
(2) Suggest a historic forecast in such a form, that simplify the verification and the refutation.
(3) Calibration of sources of information: sites, articles and their authors. The research is supposed to reveal, which publications can be used "as is"; and which publications need to be qualified as «propaganda» and interpreted with the «RuleOfNewspeak», inverting the non-trivial statements.
(4) Detection of the censorship, revealing of ways the censors act and elaboration of ways of the resistance. This resistance seems to be important mechanism that prevents the human civilization from falling into fascism. The abstract futuristic utopia seem to be a good probe for this investigation.
Model of life in utopian, barbarian, but a little but democratic country is considered. It is based on the publications of century 21 with goal to identify the shortcomings and instability of the model.
This article overviews the project.
The rejection of the most of civilized norms is expected to lead to a Hell, to a Tartar. This justifies the name «Tartaria» of the project.
At other sites, term «Tartaria» may have another, very different meaning(s).
Many sides of human life seem to be under-investigated, not interpreted, not analyzed; at least in the standard educational scheme. The common sense rules are usually considered as «evident».
The unconditional acceptance of established rules can be qualified as a root of fascism;
all other phenomena appear as sequences of the development and extension of such a practice - the propaganda, the censorship, the xenophobia, corruption, state terror and wars - as soon as the top ruler either
(1) becomes crazy due to the unlimited power or
(2) begins to hate the population of his/her country (and does the destructive things intentionally);
for the external observer, these two cases look the same.
Certain topics are objects of censorship.
The censorship does not explain the motivation for prohibiting certain topics.
Even worse, there is an internal contradiction:
In order to prohibit something, the law should describe it carefully, provide examples of what is prohibited and what is allowed; but it is often prohibited to expose such examples.
Often it is assumed that all prohibitions of human civilization have valid reasons, and that society will collapse if these prohibitions are lifted.
Attempts to analyze such prohibitions often meet the motivated reasoning, see «FemaleLogic».
This makes the impression that some rules are artificial, see «How to Write a Fake».
The justification of a rule may resemble propaganda,
tempting one to apply the «Rule of Newspeak»,
i.e., to invert the rule — replacing a prohibition with a recommendation or even a prescription.
If rules (1–3) are removed, people cannot produce anything useful,
as all effort goes into self-defense.
If rule (4) is removed, the effect is similar,
because one cannot trust that (1–3) still hold.
Perhaps, the important amendment is still required to the (1–4) above:
(5) Laws do not have retroactive effect.
This means, that each individual has right to know, what is allowed and what is prohibited. The (5) has sense at least while the time machine is not yet invented.
Even the «Ten Commandments» include more rules, and legal systems contain far more, plus many "unwritten rules" followed in civilized societies.
The goal of this research is to understand how important the additional taboos and unwritten rules are. It is assumed, that all the laws of the society are based on (1-5) above, and the right on one person is limited only by the rights of other persons; no one unjustified law is added. For example, the state is not supposed to determine, from each end the boiled egg should be opened.
At the top, the two save examples are suggested. They are expected not to touch anybody's religious senses. Another classic example refer to the rule, which end should one break the boiled egg: from the thin end or from the thick one. This example refers to the travel of Gulliver to Lilliut described by Johnathan Swift. His personages believe that there should be some universal rule, unique for all people in all countries. Below, a little bit more complicated axample is suggested.
The common paradigm is that in century 21, the Putin World War, the «Donroe doctrine» and the Dvizhuha are performed to save the dictators from the boredom; without Dvizhuha, they are boring. In this paradigm, Donals Trump, instead of to arrest the war crime, discuss with him the way to extend the Dvizhuha to North America and to the Percian Gulf; see «Annexation of Canada», «Annexation of Crimea», «Annexation of Greenland», «Donroe Doctrine», Epic Fury. The expected results of the Epic Fury are described in movie «Civil War 2024» and in the novel ThereWill Come Soft Rains: it is expected, that 2026.08.04, some Canadians, or some Greenlandians, or some Percians, get furious with the misinformation from side of President of the USA, and epically destroy Allendale (and perhaps sone other cities); from the narrative, it is difficult to guess, who transfers the hostilities to aggressor country, not it is clear, what was the last trigger: the attempt to annex Canada, or the attempt to annex Greenland, or the real of the w President with the war crime.
The historic concept may harm the senses of religious fanatics. Several such concepts may refer to the motivations of the historic events and, in particular, the motivations for wars. Few such examples are shown in pictures below.
The left picture in Fig.6 suggests the insider trading («TrumptyDumpty») аs the main motivation of the war.
The central picture suggests that the dictator tries to kill the people of his country in order prevent a riot; in order to stay relatively save in some of his personal bunkers; the most of resources of his country is spent to built, to equip and to maintain these bunkers; the Eden conditions are arranged there.
The right picture expresses the love of the President to war criminals, an attempt to submit his country to the KGB dictatorship.
The interpretations of Fig.6 are not the only possible, but they seem to have much more sense, than the concepts shown in the first two figures.
For any detailed experiment, even for the Gedankenexperiment, the choice of place, «laboratory»
is important. To year 2026, several observations indicate that the next big historic social collapse is supposed to happen at Moscovia, see «CollapseOfRF». The most important evidences are the following:
1. Total Corruption.
2. Nulling of constitution, see «Duration»,
3. «Dvizhuha» («Движуха», «Специальная военная операция»): the big, long, aggressive, existential, destructive war, started to save the dictator and his accomplices from boredom.
The Transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory is expected to cause the CollapseOfRF.
The longest expectations about existence of RF extend to the end of century 21, «до скончания века». This determines the natural choice of the time of action; the main events described in the utopia take place in century 22.
It is expected, that the extension of the «PutinWorldWar»
to the Central Europe,
to Iran and other South-West Asia (see «EpicFury»),
to North America (see «AnnexationOfCanada», «AnnexationOfGreenland», «DonroeDoctrine», «ThereWillComeSoftRains», «CivilWar2024», «CollapseOfUSA»),
then to everywhere
will stop the cultural, technical and scientific achievements of Humanity for few generations
so, there is no need to guess many new advantages in science and technology. The only few such achievements are mentioned in the Utopia:
«Uniglif» (one-to-one correspondence between glyphs and characters), «QuantumComputer», «QuantumGenetic», «ForecastiveGenetic», «CranberryTree», «MoonColony», «CenturyHeater», «Artificial Intellect» (referred as «Database» and the «Interface»).
The Gedankenexperiment «Tartaria» attempts to reveal, to identify the mechanisms of the societal collapse when the "common sense" rules are rejected.
Such an experiment may help to counter destructive revolutionary ideas like the following:

«Весь мир насилья мы разрушим...» from «The Internationale»[5]
The absence of any attempt to test new “revolutionary” ideas on small-scale, harmless examples
may explain failures of democratic transitions, such as in 1917 or the 1990s in Moscovia.
Revolutions often occur when societies try to follow old principles
in new conditions without analysis.
Leaders seeking power rarely analyze consequences;
they act without experiments or even Gedankenexperiments.
This project fills that gap.
Unlike typical sci-fi, «Tartaria» clearly states its purpose:
to test what happens when most taboos (except 1–4) are removed.
If any taboo (beyond 1–4) remains unbroken in Tartaria, let the Narrator to know in order to correct this fault.
Warning 1: The events described in the utopia can be considered as «Proof by contradiction» analyzing observed publications. Model of life in the utopian, barbarian but a little but democratic country is constructed. It is based on the publications of century 21 and their extrapolations. Attempts are being made to identify the shortcomings and instability of the model. This model is not an appeal for the realization.
Warning 2: Project «Tartaria» is based on The TORI axioms[1]. They are not about what should be, but about what exists and that may happen. This project does not propose a better society.
Warning 4: The idea of the radical revision of the most popular «common sense» concepts is not new. many such concepts are revised and criticized [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]. Do not confuse the Narrator with the personages.
Warning 5: The model includes explicit description of extreme obscene barbarian customs. The description may offend the religious sense of an adept of a popular religion.
Warning 5: The model uses direct speech in various languages, including slang. In the most of cases, the English translation is not supplied.
Warning 6: The Gedankenexperiment should not be interpreted as a promotion of activity described. Please do not confuse the Narrator with the Personage.
