There are many pessimistic forecasts for the Humanity and, in particular, for Moscovia. One can mention the moves «The Day After», «Dead Man's Letters» («Письма мёртвого человека»), «Civil War 2024». Many horrific utopias look realistic: «Orwell1984», «Day of the Oprichnik» (День опричника), «Fahrenheit 451». «Russia2028» (Россия 2028), «Moscow2042» (Москва 2042), «The Slynx» (Кысь), «». The artists suggest that the apocalyptic result of so-called Dvizhuha is quite a realistic in the case, if the civilized countries choose the way of «appeasing aggression» and «Realpolitik». The pessimistic concept implies, that the war criminal can seise the new and new territories threatening the global community with nuclear weapons; and each time the civilized countries allows the successive aggression with pretext that each new peace of territory does not worth to fight for; in such a way the Dvizhuha may continue an extend until the total collapse of the Human civilization.
On the other hand, at least since 2022, the People of at least one country shows the heroic resistance to the aggressor; evidences of the Since that, it is difficult to negate, that the main goal of the Moscovian War Crime is just murdering; the same idea that the Moscovian oprichinks follow during several centuries, at least since the tsar Ivan Vasilievich.
The apparent success of the resistance to the Moscovian aggression, the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory shows that the Moscovian war crimes cannot achieve the destruction of the whole Human Civilization, although still may achieve the collapse of RF during century 21.

However, Narrator still tries to provide some forecsat. Yes, it is horrible.
Some moralists («Guardians of moral values», «Блюстители моральных ценностей»)
may claim, that it is even worse than a «conversion into a radioactive ache»
as Kiselev Dmitri Konstantinovich and Simonian Margarita Simonovna expect.
One may think that Narrator writes this «Uzhastic» («Ужастик») as a warning,
«Look that may happen if you, The People, continue in the same way.» - with some hope that someone changes its mind and stops to make deals with apparent war crimes.
However, it is not a case. Even worse, the apples not only to Moscovia.
The pessimistic predictions appear not only about RF, but also with respect to any country; even with respect to the USA and with respect to China; see «Collapse of USA» and «Collapse of China». On the other hand, many «collapses» of various kinds are recorded during kilo years of the Human History; so, each collapse, even an horrible one, can be considered as an «End of the beginning». Perhaps the beginning of something new, unexpected and absolutely inappropriate - at least for some religious societies.
The Utopia «Tartaria» is an attempt to describe just these «absolutely inappropriate», rule-breaking things. If you think that the «Tartaria» is not sufficiently «Rule-breaking», then you may try to follow the example of legendary Moses who is believe to break all the «Ten Commandments» at once.
I you expect the future of Moscovia to be appropriate from point of view of some kind of religious moral, then Let Editor know. And the same, if you think, that some part(s) of the Utopia could be done even more inappropriate.
