2019.08.08.explosion (2019.08.08.взрыв) is catastrophe near village Nenoksa (Нёнокса, Ненокса, Nenoksa), at Dvina bay, in Arkhangel region, Russia, 2019.08.08, around noon. [3]

Time of explosion: 2019.08.08,09:00 local time.

The approximate coordinates of the explosion: 64.7, 39.2

The explosion happen to be so strong, that it is difficult to count number of victims; the estimates vary from 1 to 7 killed and from 6 to 15 injured.

In addition, the people living in nearby townes seem to be affected by ionizing radiation, caused by the explosion.

The 2019.08.08.explosion seems to release significant amount of unstable isotopes, that cause ionizing radiation with density an order of magnitude than the natural background level

The apparent sabotage of the radiation monitoring takes place. The only one datum is available by the Moscowtimes for 2018.08.08 near noon, near Severodvinsk [1]. The image they suggest claims, that the radiation level had been

$$1.1 \mu$$Sv/h.

as it is shown in figure at right. The Russian officials claim, that before that measurement and after it, the lever of radiation in vicinity of Nenoksa is significantly lower. But they do not provide any results of any measurements in support of their claim. Apparently, the sabotage of the Russian dosumetic groups takes place.

In order to compare the result above to any other measurements, thing for comparison, at the nest picture, the map pf contamination of Japan is shown. For Tomioka, the density of ionizing radiation is estimated to be

In many places marked with green circle, the radiation is even weaker; the only vicinity of the Fukushima nuclear plant, since the Fukushima disaster (2011) shows higher levels.

The comparison indicates, that at least in one place of the Arkhangelsk Region the contamination is an order of magnitude above the normal background level.

The comparison becomes even more drastic, looking at the amount of dates in the free access, available for the researchers. In the case of Japan, it counts 10^8; in case of the Arkhangelsk region, comparable by its area, it counts only few, and ever these few are difficult to find. In particular, instead of to show a map of density of ionizing radiation (see figure at right), the Russian media of mass propaganda show a picture of a measuring device (if at all).

The comparison indicates, that the activity or the Russian officials, related to monitoring of the nuclear contamination, can be qualified with term sabotage. Observations of this sabotage show good agreement with general concept, that corruption in Russia of century 21 not only for the large scale, but before usual, typical phenomenon, that characterizes the entire life of the Russian officials.
