MediaWiki-1.21.0rc5 had been downloaded t omizugadro from http://download.wikimedia.org/mediawiki/1.21/mediawiki-1.21.0rc5.tar.gz following the suggestion by Mark A. Hershberger from Mon, 13 May 2013 15:12:36 -0400.
The copy of database from wiki at http://mizugadro.mydns.jp/c and its pictures are used. Yet, no difference between 1.21.0rc1 and 1.21.0rc5 is observed with pages loaded at http://mizugadro.mydns.jp/c and http://mizugadro.mydns.jp/o . Perhaps, conditions described in the bug reports mentioned by Mark should be reproduced in order to see that the new version is better.
