Chemical weapon is reported to be used in Syria 2013.08.21. [1]. The Syrian rebels attribute the attack to the Syrian dictator Bashar Assad. Administration of Bashar Assad deny the accusation. The Avaaz petitioners believe that the USA administration is able to put Syria in order and, at least, eliminate the possibility of future use of weapon of the mass destruction there.
