Summary

Area of Moscovia devastated by Bolsheviks in 2021 using plundering of food from farmers.

Then, during he USSR, Bolsheviks perform similar (and even stronger) genocide in Ukraine and other areas, reducing population of Moscovia to 150 millions or even less.
The similar genocide is expected to be performed by the Soviet veterans (Russian administration of Moscovia) in century 21, while the current population of Moscovia is still far from the Parshev Oil Optimum.
