Fraud

fraud is intentional misinformation, usually performed by corruptioners, in order to achieve some personal or corporative gain, for account of other citizen and/or the governmental budget.

Widely known is election fraud, that alter the official result of the election of the legislative institutes of the country in order to transfer the superior power to hands of mafia – terrorists and robbers.

Frauder is person, who commits the fraud or abuse his/her official duties in order to simplify the fraud.

Fraud is widely spread in countries with high level of corruption, while frauders escabe the punishment with help of the corrupted police officers and judges.
