Th heating device «Century Heater» is developed at the «Norga Warm» factory by Ruvim Pechor. At the manufacturing, several kg of Pu-239 had been extracted by-product. That attracted attention of journalists. In Chapter 12, I described, how correspondent of BBC Ben Hitchcock visited Rubin at Komi and them gone to the Norga Warm. Owner of the Norga Warm, Mozdok Tsuker did not have time to talk with Ben; but Ben had visited the Norga Warm School and attended the class of French language. After that, Ben talked with colleagues of Pechor, who manufactured the «Century Heater»..

The Top Dosimetrist, Yuma Hahalev, used the commercial equipment getting and treating the data' she could not say anything interesting about her job: «Robot detected the statistically-significant increase of the flux of neutrons, and stopped the loading of the isotope. There was no explosion, no one was injured.»
Yuma had shown to Ben several exercises from book Kurangita, including the «Carcass-on-spit» and «cat-licking-its-ass». Yuma demonstrated exceptional flexibility, but most of her "exercises" were were highly obscene, indecent, depraved, even masochistic and completely unsuitable for publication in a European edition.

The Norga Warm looked very strange. The company manufactures heaters for homes and buildings, and also produces the liquid and fas fuel for cars, flyers and electric power stations. On the other hand, the most of building and homes at the The Norga Warm were heated by the wood-burning stoves. None of Ben's respondents had seen any paradox in this observation.

Last hope

Ben pinged the Coordinator of Norga, Tolian Horoshilina. Surprising for Ben, Tolian agreed to give his interview any time; «Right now is fine». Ben flew to Norga Administration Office. That is another story.
