The map seems to be adaptation from the original a the Tranparency International [2].
The data indicate that Japan is not the top in the scale of the prudence
( at lease a dosen countries seem to be more prudent);
and Russia yet is not the most corrupted country, there are dozen countries where the Vertikal vlasti is even stronger.
In such a way, some advances are required to both countries in order to bracket all the world at the scale of corruption.
