An alternative concept assumes, that Putin and Trump are just criminal partners.

Putin needs the collaboration with Trump run order to provide the sabotage of implementation of guaranties of the Budapest memorandum, at least from the side of the USA: «What do we care for memorandum signed may years ago?»[7].

Trump needs Putin as a menace in order to promise to End war in 24 hours [8], and needs to extend and to maintain the Putin world war as long as possible in order to destabilize the prices at the stock market and play the insider trading, getting hundreds gigadollars of income on the TrumptyDumpty ("Pump and Dump") [9][10].

In this interpretation, Putin and Trump appear as accomplices, in analogy with Stalin and Hitler in 1940, see «Molotov-Ribbentrop pact» and «Hitler coalition».

One more hypothesis refers to the general class of concepts «Fuhrer idiot» (Useful idiot [11]).
