Nata Kiskin

By surety of Ruvim Pechor, Nata Kiskin is allowed to enter Tartaria. She commits crimes, Li Sitsin and three his colleagues sentence Nata Kiskin to slavery.

Nata Kiskin is found to be guilty in the following crimes:

1. The embezzlement. Nata takes huge money loan on the pledge of her freedom. The Tartarian Law permits such a use of someone's freedom. Instead to work to pay the debt, Nata commits other crimes.

2. Pedofobia. Nata Kiskin attacks Gella Ivanov, and justifies the attack with words "малолетняя пиздорванка". The first of these terms refers to age of Gella and, in combination with the attack, constitutes the crime.

3. Nazism. Nata Kiskin attacks Barbara Smit, and justifies this attack with words "блядь черножопая". The last of these words refers to the race of Barbara (she is very black) and, in combination with the attack, constitutes the crime.

Together with Nata, Ruvim Pechor is sentenced for 2 years of concentration camp. Ruvim and Nata are sent to the labor on decontamination of territory. There, as zek, Ruvim makes some kind of career.

Li Sitsin sympathizes with Ruvim Pechor, but cannot sentence him to less than 2 year of concentration camp, because there were precedents, and the case law is established in Tartaria.

Gella Ivanov

Li Sitsin worries about Gella Ivanov.

Gella gives an interview to the informational agency the Clever Times. This agency goes to publish perverted version of the interview, but Sitsin (in collaboration with Agent Smit, minister of Police) convinces the staff of the Clever Times not to publish the interview in any form.

In order to make this letter work, Li Sitsin needs to neutralize Valili Pupkin, known as swearing and rude: Agent Smit, Li Sitsin and Po Lin (owner of the superarket) worry, that Puplin writhes to the Clever Times and the international organizations an abusive letter in slang. Po Lin helps Sitsin, and Sitsin tries to please her as well as he can.
