Propaganda (Пропаганда) is the organised system of misinformation, guided by the dictator and/or the ruling party, with the goal to hide the crimes of the leader and his collaborationists.

Often, the propaganda is combined with censorship with goal to prevent the distribution of information about the real events in the country.

Propaganda and censorship are widely used by the fascism, that justifies any crimes in the favour of the leader and his "great ideas".

During the USSR, the Soviet propaganda repeats the postulates of the soviet concept of history and statements of sovietism and soviet ideology in wide and aggressive manner. Since that, term propaganda seems to refer mainly to the Soviet and Russian system of mass misinformation.

Rising of the Russian propaganda is observed at the beginning of the Putin world war, 2008. Since that, the most of statements by the Russia officials, published by the Russian sites, seem to be just wrong.
