Cannon fodder
Cannon fodder (Пушечное мясо) is an informal generic name denoting soldiers, troops sent to their deaths, designed «to be used once only».
Term «Cannon fodder» is used to denote soldiers of an army that suffer the battle loss much higher that the loss of the enemy.
In century 21, term «Cannon fodder» is often applied to denote the Russian army in the aggressive wars, see «Putin world war». This application is most presented in the article below.

Preparation of the cannon fodder
It is not easy to convince a citizen to leave his job, home, family at the mercy of greedy corrupt officials, bandits and looters and go with weapons to a foreign country with the most expected result - to die there as an aggressor, occupant, or to become disabled.
Basically, the preparation of the Cannon fodder is based on 3 elements: misinformation (propaganda and censorship), suppression of personality with sadism (forming of the Stockholm syndrome) and menses (pushing the victims to the crime, especially to war crimes), promising that they will be heavily punished at any disobedience.
Misinformation
The most important element in preparation of the Cannon fodder for an aggressive war is misinformation: propaganda and censorship.
The preparation of the cannon fodder takes of order of 20 years. Since the childhood, the soldiers undergo the heavy militaristic propaganda.
The propaganda is not efficient without censorship and the state terror.
The usurper and his partners in crime expulse from the country, suppress, enprison or even kill the opponents, authors, who do not follow the general trend of propaganda.
Poverty
The militarization of the economy implies that most of the country's resources are spent on war: for the salaries of senior military officials, for military tenders, for military factories and for money laundering under the pretext of strengthening the army with new technologies.
The war industry allows the dictator to guarantee rapid growth of the economy; Many products are manufactured: tanks, cannons, guns, cartridges, bombs, submarines, warships and warplanes.
However, such achievements do not help the economy return to the budget the money paid to workers in war factories, to militaty offees and oter employees related to this industry. The workers want to buy food, houses, clothes, cars, etc. but neither tanks nor cannons. Even if they really want to buy machine guns, cartridges and grenades for self-defense, the dictator will not allow them to purchase this dangerous staff for personal use.
Prices are rising; The value of the national currency is falling. Inflation eats up citizens' savings; Residents find themselves up to their necks in debt and mortgages.
The propaganda promises that the military service can solve the problems.
Sadism and terror
In year 2024, Apostle Dmytro Karpenko estimates, that in Russia, on the secret order of the Russian usurper, about 100 thousand prisoners were pardoned [2]. For year 2024, Most of them are already dead (according to the Graphic of Spetsoperstion), but of order of one percent of the crimes had survived the 6 month of work as Cannon fodder in exchange for freedom. Zagradotriad

Zagradotriad is organized goops of executors who are ordered to kill the soldiers who so not wont to fight as a Cannon fodder, trying to escape; either back, to return to their country, or forward to become war prisoners.
Zagradotriada are equipped better that the soldiers ar the front line. In the most of cases, the Cannon fodder believe that the Zagradotriad is more dangerous than the troops declared to be the enemy.
The special service «HochuZhit» («Хочу жить»[3]) is organized to help ork to escape the fire of Zagradotriad, changing from status of the Cannon fodder to more safe status of war prisoners.
In sone rare cases the Cannon fodder break through the Zagradotriad in order fo find a new (more save) statu in their country. The most famous event of such a kind is the Vagner riot («Мятеж Вагнера», «мятеж Приго́жина», «марш справедливости») 2023.06.23 - 2023.06.26 [4][5]
Dictatorship
Using soldiers as Cannon fodder is typical for dictatorships.
The usurper has no need to care about lives of his soldiers.
The lack of motivation of soldiers, lack of their training, lack of weapon and other military equipment, its poor quality, bad qualification of military offees is compensated by the huge quantity of soldiers sent to war.
