Term RADICAL WALK has synonyms.
Characters of WalkU can be considered as synonyms of terms RADICAL WALK and LIBERAL WALK.

WalkU is set of the following five Unicode characters:

X2ECC [3], KanjiRadical, Walk0, SIMPLIFIED WALK

X2ECD [4], KanjiRadical, Walk1, WALK ONE

X2ECE [5], KanjiRadical, Walk2, WALK TWO

X8FB6 [6], KanjiLiberal, Walk3

XFA66 [7], KanjiConfudal, Walk4

Pics of characters of WalkU look similar to each other (and also cause confuses), but different from those of RADICAL WALK and LIBERAL WALK. However, they have similar pronunciations and similar meanings.
Characters of WalkU are considered as "transforms" of Radical 162, id est, "transforms" of characters RADICAL WALK and LIBERAL WALK.

Use

Character RADICAL WALK, id est, , by itself, is not popular in Japanese texts. But it is believed to transform into characters of WalkU, and pics of these transform appear as components of pics of other, more usual kanjis. Character RADICAL WALK is believed to transfer some parts of its meaning to the resulting characters.

In such a way, semantic of RADICAL WALK is important for analysis and memorizing of meaning of other characters. Pics of these "compound" characters include image similar to pic of some of WalkU.

Wikipedia suggests table of these kanjis [2].

Here are few examples:

X901A [8]: Traffic, pass through, avenue, commute, counter for letters, notes, documents

X9023 [9]: Take along, lead, join, connect, party, gang, clique

X9032 [10]: continue, move on, Advance, proceed, progress, promote

X9053 [11]: Road-way, street, district, journey, course, moral, teachings

X9078 [12]: Elect, select, choose, prefer

The characters above are complicated; they are enlarged in order to allow the visual recognition.

Tarja

In century 21, the computer support of characters of Japanese is underdeveloped.
Up to year 2021, there is no united standard for the default font, that would allow each character to look the same at various computers, but different from other characters.
Apparently, the opposite cases take place: the character looks different with the default font of different operational systems, but similar to other characters at the same computer. This causes confuses.

In particular, in various operational systems, at the default font, pics of characters X2FA1 , and X8FB5 look similar.

In order to avoid confuses, errors, mistakes, in Tarja, the special Ascii names RADICAL WALK and LIBERAL WALK are assigned to characters X2FA1 , and X8FB5 .

These names are easier to remember, than the hexagonal numbers X2FA1 and X8FB5.

At the translation from Tarja to Japanese, term RADICAL WALK is translated as , and term LIBERAL WALK is translated as , providing the unambiguous conversion of text in Tarja into that in Japanese.

There are more options or representation of character RADICAL WALK in Tarja.

At the beginning, it is not clear, which substitutes are most efficient to work with Tarja texts. Each ambiguous kanji has several Tarja analogies. Term LIBERAL WALK, perhaps, in is less convenient than other its synonyms:

Yet, no indication is found to the semantic difference between characters LIBERAL WALK and RADICAL WALK. The mixed use of these characters could be caused by the graphical similarity of their pics. After to correct the fault with the standard default font (mentioned above), some semantic difference between characters LIBERAL WALK and RADICAL WALK may gradually appear, making Japanese language even more efficient. The table of Unicode characters still has room for this improvement within range X0020-XFFFF, without increasing of number of bytes per each character.

Other meanings

Term RADICAL WALK may have other meanings, not related with character X2FA1 not with Radical 162.

In particular, term RADICAL WALK may have the religious sense [13].

In order to avoid confusions, in Tarja, in the name of the religious organization, the lowercase letters should be used: Radical Walk, or RadicalWalk, or Radicalwalk. The last correspond to the word in their URL; however, the first letter of the name, at the default setting of media wiki, is unavoidably capitalized.
