Seshcha airbase
Seshcha airbase (Авиабаза Сеща) is Russian military airport at Bryansk region. Some military units are reported to be located there; in particular, Vh41495[2] and Vh86789 [1].
Since the USSR, Seshcha airbase is used for the heavy military transport aviation. Since the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war (gear 2022), may bombers of class su-** are reported to be based there.
Seshcha airbase is reported to be used by the Vh86789 (вч 86789) for the genocide of the Ukrainian people; the bombing of cities of Ukraine is reported [1]: at least since year 2022, the military unit Vh86789 (вч 86789) is based there.

Putin world war
Seshcha airbase is used for the Putin world war against the Human civilization; in particular, in the aggressive Russia-Ukraine war [4]
Participation in such a war is qualified by Article 353 of the Criminal Code of the RF, see Ст.353 УК РФ.
This war is performed by barbarian methods, including targeting of the civil people, lottering of the Ukrainian shops and bombing of the Ukrainian cities; the hospitals, electric power plants, schools, museums, theaters seem to be specified as main targets for the Russian pilots. For this reason, activity or personal to the Seshcha airbase is qualified as genocide of the Ukrainian people, war crime.
Many Russian airbases are involved into bombing of the Ukrainian cities [4][5]. In addition, many Russians seem to support, approve the "special operation" of Russia in the Ukraine (that is actually, just unprovoked aggression and genocide). Such an aggression cannot be attributed only to few maniacs at the Seshcha airbase, this phenomenon should be qualified as an ordinary fascism.

Publications about the Seshcha airbase and their interpretation show good agreement with the general concept, that corruption in Russia of century 21 not only for the large scale, but became the common, usual phenomenon, that determines the entire life of the Russian officials [6].
Activity of personal of the Seshcha airbase, as well as that of the top of the Russian administration, cause the world-wide protest. The Russian usurper is qualified as War criminal, and the same qualification can be applied to the pilots and technicians of the Seshcha airbase, as thy perform the genocide of population of the neighbor (and in past friendly) country.

Since that, any weapon can be used against Russia to stop the Russian aggression and
prevent the Russian usurper from any attempt to convert other countries into the "radioactive ache".
It is difficult to believe, that, since year 2014, the Ukraine continue to follow the Budapest memorandum in the unilateral mode.
In such a way, there will be nothing surprising, if suddenly, all the Russian military bases happen to be destroyed with automatic invisible drones, described, for example, in the sci-fi [[]]. Such a destruction will not look as a violation of any International Law (but just transferring of the battle to the territory of the aggressor country), not refutation of any serious concept, prediction of development of the collapse of RF, expected to happen during century 21; many scenarios of such a collapse are suggested by various authors.
Evaluation of the moral aspect of extermination of Seshcha airbase, together with other Russian military bases, fall out of competence of formalism of the TORI axioms.
