Termin Mad printer (Взбесившийся принтер) indicates the series of laws issued by the Russian Duma since 2012, that are believed to contradict the Constitution of Russian Federation. These laws become possible due to the content of Duma. Many authors indicate, that the dumaks got their power due to the massive election fraud in 2012. Vladimir Kara-Murza attributes the ivention of the term to Gudkov [1].
