Scheme or placement of plagiators in Duma [2]

Duma, (Дума) is Russian parliament, the legislative superior council of the Russian federation.

Since 2012, after emitting of series of laws, that are believed to contradict the Constitution of the Russian federation, the qualifier mad printer is also used to denote the Duma.

Fraud

The staff of Duma is formed on the base of the election fraud. Therefore, one can expect, that namely criminal elements form the Duma. This conclusion agrees with observations by many authors.

Dumaks (personal of Duma) are reported to be corrupt; in particular, they are believed to use plagiarism as main method to write their Ph.D. thesis, and, correspondently, their diploma are believed to be just fake. [3].

The ignorance and lack of education of the Russian administration can be observed in the support of pseudo–scientific projects such as Gravitsapa or Skolkovo.

Terror

The terrorism of Duma appear also in the laws they establish. One of the most known example is the Herod law (2012), that prohibits emigration of orphan children to the adopting families in the USA. That law is emitted as "reciprocal" measure in response to the sanctions against Russian criminals killed Sergei Magnitsky. The Herod law uses the children as hostages; therefore, the dumaks are qualified as terrorists, according to the definition of this term.

Dumaks are believed to be beneficiaries of the terroristic acts in Western Europe, organising them in collaboration with ISIS [4][5].

Corruption

Publications about frauds and terroristic activity of the Russian Duma agree with more general concept about total corruption at the top level of the Russian administration of the beginning of century 21.

Warming

Evidences, collected in the cited literature, should not be considered as justification of the illegal murdering of all dumaks and their families.
