Targets out of the range of Storm Shadow

According to the map, many Russian strategic and military objects cannot be reached with the Storm Shadow from territory of Ukraine. Few of them are listed below.

If the UK and the USA decide to fulfill their promises and to implement the guaranties specified in the Budapest memorandum,
then the Storm Shadow missiles are very helpful but not sufficient; some long-range devices are necessary for the demilitarization and denazification of Russia.

However, in this case, the important and difficult questions would be answered:

1. What for the UK and the USA should implement the guaranties they had promised?

2. What do they care for a memorandum signed quarter century ago?

If the representatives of the UK and the USA sympathize with supporters of Shere Khan tiger and Tabaqui jacal ^[2],
then there is no hope that their help happen to be sufficient to stop the Putin world war.

Warning 1

The targets mentioned are supposed to be demilitarized and denazified at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.

The civilian people have reason not to approach these objects in order not to happen in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The interpretation is not an attempt to indicate targets for the next bavovna at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.

Editor is not a military expert and is not supposed to teach representatives of the Anti-Putin coalition, in with priority the Russian strategic and military objects should be demilitarized and denazified for the fastest implementation of guaranties specific in Budapest memorandum.
Nor to indicate which methods may be used and should be used for the demilitarization and denazification of Russia.
The Budapest memorandum does not put any restriction on methods that may be applied and should applied against the country that had signed that memorandum but brutally violates its condition. In this sense, any weapon can be used against the aggressor.
