Kazan Airbase
Kazan Airbase (Авиабаза Казань) is military airbase and industry at city Kazan, Moscovia.
Kazan Airbase produces and maintains warplanes for the Putin world war. During this war, the Kazan Airbase is legitimate military target; it is subject for the demilitarization and denazification at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
For year 2024, Kazan Airbase determines the north-East side of the Sanitary zone («Санитарная зона») of Russia, see map at right.
No indication is found that any Russian airbase at the North-East from the Kazan Airbase
is used to bomb Ukrainian cities.
The Sanitary zone is supposed to be cleaned form Russian strategic and military objects in order to stop the Putin world war.
Civilians who do not participate in the straddle against the putin regime
have reason to stay away from the Sanitary zone and, in particular, not to approach the Kazan Airbase in order not to happen at a wrong place at the moment of the denazification.

Kazan Airbase (Авиабаза Казань) often changes its name.
The same airbase is is denoted also with the following terms:

The Google maps mention the Kazan Airbase with term «Borisoglebskoye Airfield», see the maps at right.
Such a notation is especially tricky; it is easy to confuse with the Borisoglebsk Airbase, that is half thousand km SW from the Kazan Airbase, see the first map.
The renamings seem to have an intention to confuse the citizen. This explanation shows good agreement with name «путин» of Russian usurper, the name refers to verb «путать», is est to confuse, to trick.
In TORI, there is no possibility to change the name of objects following the crazy fantasies of the Moscovian offees; so, identifier «Kazan Airbase» is used in the English version and «Аиабаза Казань» in the Russian version.
However, at least for year 2024, it remains «Borisoglebskoye Airfield» at the Google maps shown at right.

Putin world war
The Kazan Airbase produces warplanes for the Putin world war.
This war is aggressive from side of Russia.
From publications, mainly in Russian, one can trace the main goals of the Putin word war:
1. Money laundering; saving the director of Uralvagonzavod (Уралвагонзавод) from bancruptsy.
2. Robbery, marauds, see «2022.04.02.Мародеры», «Bucha», «Всех убьём, всех ограбим». The comparison shows that the patin's orks are much more aggressive, brutal, cruel than their Hitler's colleagues at time of the World War II [17].
3. Forming of hundreds thousand war crimes (see «Россия полностью уничтожила Мариуполь»); they afraid of the international court («Hague») [16][18] and are forced to remain loyal to the Russian usurper.
4. Utilization of Russian cannon fodder, in order to make a pretext for the use of the nuclear weapon, with hope,
that the reciprocal hit kills Russians and destroy Russia in such a way, that putin and his closest crime partners
happen to be relatively safe in one of his personal bunkers (see for example, «ValdaiCluster»); the Eden conditions are arranged there, see
«Мы попадём в рай а они сдохнут». Of order of a million Russian fascists agree to scarify both, their Homeland and their lives for the ambitions of the maniacal dictator, see «Мы готовы даже сдохнуть». Most of them are expected to be utilized to year 2025.
Number \(L\) of utilized Russian orks is extrapolated with quadratic function of time, measured in days \(d\) since the beginning uf year 2022, see «График спецоперации». At least until year 2024, the estimate of the Russian loss [20] follow this graphics (yellow curve in figure at right); «Специальная военная операция идет в строгом соответствии с графиком»[19].

The interpretation suggested is not an attempt to indicate targets for the next bavovnas (see picture at right).
The Editor is not supposed to teach the representatives of the Anti-Putin coalition,
in which order and how the Russian strategic and military objects should be demilitarized and denazified
in order to fulfill guarantees specified in the Budapest memorandum.
The Budapest memorandum does not put any restriction on that may be applied and should be applied against the country
that had signed that memorandum but brutally violates its conditions.
In this sense any weapon can be used against the aggressor.
However, the anslysis may help the people of the USA and the UK to answer some very important questions:
1. «What do we care for memorandum signed many years ago?» [21]
2. «When, since the beginning of the aggression, should the USA and the UK fulfill their guarantees specified in the Budapest memorandum?»:
In one hour (by the fact of unauthorized crossing of the troops of aggressor across the country)?
Witin one day?
Within one week?
Within one month?
Within one year?
During a dozen years?
During 21th century?
Before Sun dies?
The questions above happen to be very difficult: during 10 years since the beginning of the Russian invasion into Ukraine (year 2014), neither American nor Brutish administration succeeded to answer them.
During the first years since the Russian aggression, the American and British officials, with support of other European countries, skillfully replace the fulfillment of the guarantees mentioned to various kinds of «strong worries» and «deep concerns», as it is shown in figures at right.
The motive for such a sabotage is usually given as the need to "avoid escalation"
by appeasement of aggressor.
The idea of such appeasement has been used since at least the 19th century;
the practice can be seen as a cause of the World War I, the World War II, and the Putin world war.
The following politicians are cited as users of the idea of appeasement of aggressor in order to «avoid escalation»:
Benjamin Disraeli [22],
Neville Chamberlain [23],
Jake Sullivan [24][25].
The need to implement the international giuarantees is widely discussed.
Failures in the implementation are mentioned [26]
In year 2023 Denys Karlovskyi notes [27]:
A failure to ensure lasting security protection from a revanchist Russia will significantly undermine public trust, civil order, and cohesion.
In year 2024, Солонин Марк Семёнович describes the additional motivations for the implementation of international guarantees from side of the USA[28].
Apparently, the appeasement of aggressor fails, again and again.
The Editor does not consider himself smarter than Disraeli, Chamberlain or Sullivan.
Therefore, the Editor rejects the hypothesis
that Disraeli, Chamberlain and/or Sullivan, making concessions to the aggressors, did not understand that with such "appeasement" they were provoking a world war. The simple explanation is that a new long war is advantageous to the "appeasers", and they deliberately provoke it.
News about cooperation of countries of the Anti-Putin coalition in the demilitarization and denazification of the Kazan Airbase may help to confirm or to reject such an interpretation.
Any other motivation for the "appeasers" may be considered as soon as its description is found in the publications.
The Editor keeps his right and duty to call things with their proper names, construct the historic models and compare their predictions with more recent publications.
