Perm (Пермь) at the map of Санитарная Зона of Moscoviа
PermAirbase («Perm Airbase», «Авиабаза Пермь», «Большое Савино») is military aerodrome at Perm (Пермь), Moscovia, see the map at right.
During the putin world war, the PermAirbase is legitimate military target that is expected to be demilitarized and denazified at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
PermAirbase, as several other objects at Perm region and vicinities,
determine the north-east margin of the Russian Buffer Zone (Санитарная Зона).
This Buffer Zone is shown in map at right.
Roughly the region of high concentration of Russian strategic and military objects is at the left hand side (at the West side) from the line through the
SeveromorskAirbase,
Plesetsk,
Perm (Пермь),
Tagil (Uralvagonzavod) and
Shagol Airbase (Авиабаза Шагол).
One may expect the Putin world war to stop after demilitarization and denazification of the Санитарная Зона (Russian Buffer Zone). For this reason, publications about objects at this zone and the analysis are important for the interpretation of news about the historic events of century 21.
Civilian people who do not participate in the struggle against the putin regime [1] have reason to stay away from
the Санитарная Зона and, in particular, away from the PermAirbase in order not to happen in a wrong place at a wrong time.
The publications about PermAirbase are collected and analyzed in TORI with scientific goals.
This analysis is not an appeal for the extrajudicial execution of personal of the PermAirbase nor for the next bavovna.

Double-purpose aerodrome
The official name «Международный аэропорт Пермь» [3] pretends that the PermAirbase is a civilian object. Indeed, few international flights are marked in the schedule.
Some civilian airport structures (passenger gates) are seen at the north-west side of the Perm Airbase; The Google view from year 2021 is shown in figure at right. The parking area near the airport building looks filled with cars.
At least since year 2024, no civilian airplane is seen in the satellite maps at the passenger gates; while many warplanes are identified.
The area covered with warplanes greatly exceeds that of the civil aviation.

In general, the PermAirbase is qualified as mainly military object.
Putin world war
During the putin world war, the PermAirbase is legitimate military target - as any other Russian strategic and/or military object.
The region of Russia with high concentration of such objects is denoted with term Russian Buffer Zone (Санитарная Зона); it is shown in the first map above. Perm (Пермь) (and the PermAirbase) is near the North-East edge of this buffer zone. One may expect the putin world war to stop at the demilitarization and denazification of the Russian Buffer Zone. It will be interesting to compare this expectation with later publications.
The biggest and the most destructive component of the putin world war is the Russian invasion into Ukraine and, especially, the full-scale war since 2022.02.24, so-called «Спецоперация».
Upon publications about this «Спецоперация», one may guess its goals:1. Money laundering, saving the Russian military industry from bankruptcy.
2. Violation of international agreements, isolation of Russia from civilized countries.
3. The formation of thousands of war criminals who are afraid of being convicted at a regime change and remain loyal to the Russian usurper.
4. Maraud, Looting, plundering property on captured lands and creating positions for Gauleiters to soften the struggle for sinecures.
5. Use the Russians as cannon fodder, provoking a global nuclear war, so that the usurper can hide in one of his personal bunkers to be relatively safe (at least from a revolution). There, the personal paradise is arranged for the usurper, see «Мы попадём в рай а они сдохнут».

The Russian «Спецоперация» at Ukraine unfolds following the graphic [4]. This graphic is shown in figure at right.
The number \(L\) of denazified Russians orks is extrapolated as a quadratic function of time \(d\), measured in days since the beginning of year 2022. Up to year 2024, the estimate [5] remains between the blue and yellow curves defined with
\( L = 0.8\ d^2\) and
\( L = 0.6\ d^2\).
Russia greatly outnumbers Ukraine in territory, population, number of soldiers and amounts of weapon. The case is aggravated by not so active position of countries of the Anti-Putin coalition. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion (year 2014), during 10 years, neither the USA nor the UK hurry up to perform the guarantees specified in the Budapest memorandum. The help to Ukraine seems to be not sufficient to demilitarize and denazify all Russian orks upon their arrival to Ukraine. So, the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory becomes important and unavoidable.
One may expect to observe news about bavovnas at the PermAirbase. It will be interesting to compare such a prediction with future publications.

with which priority and how the Russian strategic and military targets should be demilitarized and denazified at the
transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory for the fasted and most efficient implementation of guarantees specified in the Budapest memorandum.
The Budapest memorandum does not put any restriction on methods to treate a country that had signed that memorandum
but brutally violates its conditions. In this sense, any weapon can be used against the aggressor.
However, the Editor keeps his right to call things with their proper names, to construct the historic models and to compare their predictions to the later publications.
