Vh63779 (Вч 63779, «Воинская часть 63779») is Russian military unit at Omsk region.

Indeed, at the satellite view, it looks as a big arsenal; a lot of military machines are seen at the satellite pictures.
Due to significant loss of Russian army at the Russian invasion into Ukraine, Vh63779 is suspected to supply the occupants with weapon and should be qualified as legitimate military target.
News about Bavovnas at the Vh63779 are expected to appear, as soon, as the advisers of the Anti-Putin coalition find, that it is more efficient to destroy the military machines while they are concentrated at the arsenal than to wait until these machines enter the Ykraie territory.
It will be interesting to compare this forecast with future publications about the Russia-Ukraine war. In this sense, the Vh63779 is object of scientific interest, important for the construction of historical models.

Vh63779 is located at the North side of Omsk (see the Second map), between the «Soviet Okrug» (that refers to war crimes committed in time of the USSR) and the «Leninski Okrug», that refers to the Lenin (Ленин Владимир Ильич).
Lenin is qualified as soviet veteran, fascist (member of KPSS), imposter, usuroer, terrorist and war crime.
In 1917 November, Lenin and his crime partners destroy the young Russian Republic and restaured the Autoicracy, converting the people of Moscovia ointo slaves. Then, the Lenin's terrorist perfomed the genocide, murdering the most of population of Moscovia, of order of hundred million moscovites, see «Большевики убили почти всех» (In Russian).
One may expect the personal of otganization neat the Okrug, named after the war crime, to be also war crimes.
This hypothesis shows good agreement with other publications related to Vh63779.
In such a way, the Soviet toponymy helps to identify the terrorist organizations.
At least since y.2014 (and, especially, since 2022.02.24), due to the Russian invasion into Ukraine, the Vh63779 is qualified as legitimate military target, see «Transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory».
One may expect the news about bavovna(s) at Vh63779 to appear, as soon as other Russian military objects of higher priority be destroyed.
It will be interesting to compare this forecast to the future publications.
The same applies to the Omsk airbase that is located in 8 km South-East from the Vh63779 ad to the personal employed at these objects – at least, while they perform their labor duties at the military objects.

Putin world war
Due to the main profile of Vh63779, it is supposed to participate in the Putin world war and, especially, in the Russian invasion into Ukraine,
This invasion becomes especially bloody and destructive since 2022.02.24: the Russian hybrid war against Ukraine converts to the full-scale special military operation («Спецоперация»). The specificity of this operation is formed by many features:
1. 2022.02.24. hundreds thousand of Russian troops, orks invade Ukraine from many directions; in particular, from the previously occupied Crimea (see «Annexation of Crimea») and Ordlo, and also from the Belarus territory. De facto, the Putin coalition is being formed by analogy with the Hitler coalition.
2. The Russian aggressors, orks behave as bandits, barbarian. The comparison with events of the World War II show, that the Russian nazi are more cruel, more bloodthirsty than their German colleagues of time of Hitler [8]. Things that orks can steal, they plunder, see «2022.04.02.Мародеры». That they cannot plunder, they destroy, see «Россия полностью уничтожила Мариуполь».
3. The Putin's plan of the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war («спецоперация») Includes the total destruction of the Russian asmy, in order that the Russian usurper nay use this failure as a pretext to use the nuclear weapon. Putin assumes, that the reciprocal hit should kill the most of Russian and destory Russia, in order that the usurped happen to be safe (at least from any riot) in a personal bunker; the Eden conditions are arranged for him there. This concept is described in article «Мы попадём в рай а они сдохнут» (In Russian).
4. The putin's propaganda hide the goals of the war, suggesting the absurd motivated reasoning (see «Female logic») about «demilitarization» and «denacification», using the Newspeak described by George Orwell (see «Orwell1984») and Gianny Rodari (see «Gelsomino nel paese dei bugiardi»).
Personal of Vh63779 supplies the war with weapon. Such an activity can be qualified at least by articles «ККУст110» and «Ст.353 УК РФ».
Due to the to the total corruption of the Russian administration, the persecution or the participants of the Putin world war by the Russian justice seems to be impossible. One may expect the military solution in a brutal mode - in analogy as it had been done with the Nazi Germany, see «I bombed Dresden».

The consideration suggested is not an attempt to indicate a target for the next bavovna (see picture at right) at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
The Editor assumes the professionalism and the good will (or, at least, the dependence on the electorates) of members of the Anti-Putin coalition;
so, there is no need to suggest them, how is better to destroy the aggressors.
The Budapest memorandum does not put any restriction on methods, that can be used with respect to a country, that had signed this memorandum
but brutally violate its conditions. In this sense, any weapon can be used against the aggressor.
For the people who do not participate in guerilla against the Putin's regime, it may have sense not to approach the Vh63779 in order not to happen in a wrong place at the wrong time.
This article is not an attempt to prolong the agony of the Putin's Russia, nor an attempt to boost the Collapse of RF (expected to happen during century 21).
However, the Editor keeps his right to call things with their proper names, to construct the historic models and to compare their predictions to the observations.
