Warning

The map of Russian strategic and military targets is generated and loaded with scientific goals.
One if these goals is
(1) to estimate the location and the size of the Санитарная Зона (Buffer Zone)(that needs to be demilitarized in order to stop the Putin world war) and
(2) to compare them with later publications.
Such a comparison is important for calibration, qulakification of sources of information and revealing of propaganda.

The loading is not an attempt to teach the representatives of the Anti-Putin coalition, how to perform better the demilitarization and denazification of Russia for the fastest implementation of the guarantees specified in the Budapest memorandum.
The Budapest memorandum does not put any restriction on methods that may be used and should be used against the county that had signed that memorandum but brutally violates its guarantees.
In this sense, any weapon can be used against the aggressor.

Editor hopes to help to answer very difficult question raised at the USA and the UK since year 2014:

What do we care for a memorandum twenty years old? ^[1]

This question happens to be very difficult: during ten years, no appropriate answer is found; even in years 2023-2024, it is still under consideration, the guarantees mentioned are not yet implemented, and the votings the related bills are not easy at all ^[2][3].

However, having constructed the natural Tetration, the editor believes that it is worth tackling problems that are considered unsolvable. In the 20th century, Arkady and Boris Strugatsky formulated a similar idea ^[4].
