Vh92922 is suspected to supply ammunition to the Russian orks performing the Russian invasion into Ukraine.
In addition, some orks prepared at Vh92922 invade Ukraine at the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war (and are killed there).
Vh92922 is legitimate military target at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
Bavovnas at Vh92922 are expected to be reported during the Russia-Ukraine war; such a Bavovna(s) may save thousands of Ukrainian lives and save Europe from millions refugees.

Some orks prepared at Vh92922, participate in the Russian invasion into Ukraine and even participate as aggressors in the Russia-Ukraine War.
In Russian, the full-scale war against Ukraine is denoted with term «Спецоперация» that means «Special military operation».
Specialty of this operation is expressed in the following:
2022.02.24, the Russian nazis invade Ukraine from several directions, including previously occupied territories (Ordlo and Crimea), and also from Belarus; so, the Belarusian usurper Lukashenko Aleksandr Georgievich de-facto becomes member of the Putin coalition.
The Russian aggressors (orks) behaves as brutal barbarians, paranoics with mania of murdering. The orks kill, rape, murder the civilian people and robe, plunder all that they can withdraw, see «2022.04.02.Мародеры». Things that they cannot steal, the orks destroy, see «Россия полностью уничтожила Мариуполь». Cruelty of the Russian occupants greatly exceed that of their German colleagues of time of the World War II [10].
The special operation follow the plan prepared by the Russian usurper.
The plan includes the invasion to Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson regions, and run back with stolen goods.
The plan includes the attack on civilian objects: perinatal centers, hospitals, schools, museums, theaters, railroad stations, airports, trade centers, electric plants and homes of Ukrainian. Orks use high-precision weapon; so, the intentional character of the war crimes is clear; the usurped tries to avoid a riot, involving his compatriots to the war crimes.
The plan of the special operation assumes the heavy loss of the Russian army [11].
The most of the professional Russian army is destroyed during the first year of the operation, the new military inscription is used to continue the aggression, see «2022.09.21.Указ».
Following the rules of newspeak (see Orwell1984», «Gelsomino nel paese dei bugiardi», «Правило новояза»), the Russian propaganda qualifies the war crimes as a heroism. The attempts to alert the people on that is happening are qualified as crime by the Rashest regime.
Ukraine is much smaller than Russia, so, it is difficult to defeat the aggressors fighting only at the Ukrainian territory. The transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory seems to be essential for defense of Ukraine. At such a transfer, some bavovnas happen both, at the territories occupied by Russian aggressors and at territory of Russia. In particular, news about bavovnas at the Russian arsenals such as Vh92922 are expected to be observed. Such bavovnas may save thousands Ukrainian lives, save hundreds of Ukrainian cities from destruction and save the Western Europe from millions of refugees. It will be interesting to compare this forecast with observations. Since y.2022, the indirect confirmations are observed. The administration of Chelyabinsk region understand, that the war is supposed to return to the country to the aggressor, bar they do not know, how far the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory may advance, so, they teach the civilians to use guns [12].

As for the case of Russian arsenals and, in particular, about Vh92922, its use for the aggression against Ukraine contradicts the
Budapest memorandum, as well as other international agreements. The Budapest memorandum does not limit methods that may be used against country that hat signed thus memorandum but brutally violate its conditions.
In this sense, any weapon may be used at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
Civilians that are not yet involved into the war crimes may have reason to stay far away from the Russian military objects such as Vh92922, in order not to happen in a wrong place in a wrong time.
