Kursk airbase
Kursk airbase (Авиабаза Курск, ) is Russian military facility near Kursk.
Personal of the Kursk airbase are suspected in piracy and terrorism; for this reason, they are of scientific interest from point of view of interpretation (and, perhaps, even prediction) of historic events.
Since year 2022, the staff of the Kursk airbase is suspected to perform bombing of Ukrainian cities during the Russia-Ukraine war [1].
Before 2022, the Kursk airbase support not only military, but also civil aviation.
Since the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war (see «Спецоперация»), the Kursk airbase behaves as exclusively military object
[2].
For this reason, the Kursk airbase is expected to become a target (Bavovna, Бавовна) at the
transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.

Kursk airbase is located at the East part of Kursk, in a hundred km from the border with Ukraine (see the map at the top).

At least some of staff of the Kursk airbase are suspected in organization of the air piracy, attacks on the passenger lingers with goal of plundering of belongings of the passengers and the crew. Such an interpretation shows good agreement with the general concept that corruption in Russia of century 21 not
One of such cases (most documented) is denoted as MH17. Some staff suspected in the piracy is mentioned in article «Вч 32406».
Evidences of the terroristic attacks performed by the personal of the Kursk airbase contribute to the qualification of Russia as State terrorist.
Putin world war
Sice 2022, the news appear that putin performs the total war against Ukraine, see «Russia-Ukraine war» and «Russian invasion into Ukraine». Such a style of war is caled «Spetsoperation» (Спецоперация). It implies attacks on civilian objects and civilian people, id est, genocide of the Ukrainian nation, and also destruction of Ukrainian cities and seising of Ukraine territory. Such a style is qualified as war crime [4].
One may expect the reciprocal action from side of Ukraine; at least against the Russian military objects at territory of Russia. Such attacks should be qualified as transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
As the Kursk airbase is used by the Russian militaries, it is legitimate target.
For this reason, some explosions (bavovnas) at the Kursk airbase are expected.
Indeed, several explosions (bavovnas) of the Russian military objects are reported both at territory of Russia and at territories of Ukraine occupied by the Russian nazis [5].

Since 2022.08.06, Publications about bombing the Kursk airbase are observed [9][10][11].
More serious explosion («bavovna») at Kursk airbase is reported to happen 2022.12.06 [7].
The fuel storage seem to be burned-out.
Ivan Voronin estimates, the fire continued next day [12].
Details of bavovnaa 2022.08.06 and 2022.12.06 are kept in secret. From the news [6], one can guess, that the most of equipment of the Kursk airbase is burned-out; the explosion of the arsenal(s) could cause a need to evacuate two schools at the distance of order of one km. Since that, no report about military attacks from the Kursk airbase is found.
The news can be interpreted as an attempt of the local administration to «milk the budget» for the money laundering, to get some additional funds with pretext of protection of the airbase. This hypothesis agrees with the general concept that corruption in Russia of century 21 not only got the large scale, but become the usual phenomenon, that characterizes the entire life of the Russian offees [13].
The alternative interpretation implies some diversions of some Moskal partizans (москальские партизаны), who try to stop the Putin world war from inside, destroying the most dangerous, terroristic military objects and most corrupted offees, attacking them with self-made bombs, missiles and drones, see «Геноцид коррупционеров» (In Russian).
The bavovna can be interpreted also as manifestation of the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory. Drones that could perform such a transfer are descried in utopia by Aleksandr Rozov, see «Mystic weakness».
The drones could bypass the Russian air defense systems for two independent reasons:
1. The drones are radio-transparent, the radars do not see them; or the drones are so advanced, that they escape from the ground-air missiles.
2. The Russian ground-air missiles S-300 and S-400 are spent to hit the civilian objects at the ground [14][15].
Then since 2022 December, Russia runs low of missiles, and many Russian regions already are not covered against the air strikes.
The attack on the Russian airbases has serious reason.
It is difficult, to intercept in flight all missiles launched by the Russian bombers against the Ukrainian infrastructure [16].
The destruction of the airbases, where the bombers are based, is easier and more efficient.

However, the country-victim of aggressions and also the countries that guarantee its suverenity sound house the time and way to transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory and decide, which weapon should be used against the aggressor. For example, the Budapest memorandum does not specify methods that should be used to fulfill its statements; in this sense, any weapon may be applied against the aggressor.
At the same time, the Editor keeps his right to call things with their proper names, to suggest the historical models (see «Kestus», «Остов Крым», «Конституция Тартарии») and to compare their predictions with the observations.
