Rail war
Rail war (Рельсовая война) is part of the partizan war (hybrid war) characterized in that, that the railroads, used by the enemy country for delivery of the military equipment, become targets of sabotage.
Brides are often targets of the Rail war, as most vulnerable parts of the railroad equipment.

World War II
Wikipedia [3] interprets the Rail war as the particular historic event related to the World War II. It is assumed, that the Soviet terrorists (partizans) perform the rail war against Germany since the quarrel between Stalin and Hitler, but no similar hybrid war is applied against the Soviets aggressors.
However, at this interpretation, no name is suggested for the rail war happened during other conflicts.
Spending of the short terms for the specific historic events does not correspond to idea of construction of compact and efficient system of notations. For this reason, in TORI, the definition from WIkipedia is considered as tendentious, propagandistic. Here, term rail war is considered as generic, it can be applied to an event in any epoch and in any country, if the event satisfies the definition of the Preamble.
Russia-Ukraine war
Since the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war, several explosions at Russia, including the damage of bridges, can be interpreted as Transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory. 2022.05.09, Gonchareko Oleksy Oleksiyovich shows an example of such a bridge [1].
In particular, the events of the rail war seem to happen at the railroad Belgorod-Vovchansk used to deliver the Russian military technics to the Ukraine.

Use of unpowered wagons with the Uranium ore, ranched along the down-hill at the riot of one of the Soviet concentration camps of Gulag, is described in the fairy tale Черный гриб (In Russian). That sabotage delayed delivery of soldiers sent to kill the upprized zeks; that action can be qualified as event of the rail war.
An attempt to explode the railroad bridge is described in the parody Рутений и Каюк (In Russian). Director of the nuclear factory «Каюк» has stolen the money assigned for building of the storage of the spent fuel rods. In order to avoid the scandal, the Director prepares the crash of the train, expecting, that the rods fall into the river, and nobody will try to pull them up. The plan fails, because the burglars streal the explosive.

Mechanisms of history
Rail war usually refers to the action from the defending side of the conflict. The goal of the Rail war is to brew the Blitzkrieg of the aggressor, giving the victim more time to build-up the defense and to form the front line.
The attacking side, contrary, usually try to keep all the infrastructure, to use it after the plundering.
The case of the Putin world war against the Human civilization seems to be an exception: the maniacal sadist-usurper took a hundred million people as hostage, and menaces the Word with weapon of mass destruction, is one does not allow him to seise new and new countries one by one. But even in this case, at least until 2022.05.08, the Russian fascists attack mainly civilians (cities, hospitals, schools, museums, theaters, railroad stations), with apparent foal to use the railroads for the future aggression to the Central Europe.
The Rail war appears as a way to express non-conformism in a fascistic country, while all civilized ways are blocked by the Election fraud, propaganda, censorship and the state terror targeting the non-loyal citizens, critics, dissidents.
The fascism seems to be impossible to stop from inside the fascistic country.
But there are certain mechanisms of history that provide the destruction of the most cruel and hypocrites fascistic empires.
The citizens are not allowed to use the civilized forms of expression of their opinions
at the elections, at the public protests, in the critical publications, etc. This leads to the radicalization of the protest.
The Rail war appears as such a radical form of non-conformism.

Publications about the Rail war are collected and analyzed in TORI with scientific goals. One of these goals is adjustment of meanings of terms used at the description of historic events.
Coordination of the Rail war does not belong to the set of the goals mentioned.
In particular, the evidences, presented in citer literature and their interpretation should not be treated as an appeal to destroy the railroad bridges at the Belgorod-Vovchansk rail line, nor to attack the Kerch bridge. Such a destruction may affect the advances of the Ukrainian army at the Transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.
