«Tartaria Guide for Newcomers» is part of the sci-fi utopia «Tartaria». The basic common sense concepts are objects of investigation. The project is Gedankenexperiment with goal «Proof by contradiction» («Доказательство от противного»). Activities considered and described in the project are not supposed to be a pattern to follow.
Warning: To year 2026, the only row version of the utopia is loaded. Most of the common sense rules and taboos typical of Western civilization do not apply to the society described. The explicit depiction of the extremely barbaric and obscene customs may harm the religious senses of a follower of a popular religion, causing severe moral traumas and irrecoverable moral injuries. It is row material. The censored version is not yet ready, but Editor hopes to load it later.

Plot: Tartaria accepts all the refugees, healthy of ill, of any color, any age, any religion, any gender, from any country. But the life in Tartaria is very different from that the refugees usually know. So, the administration warns the newcomers with the booklet below.

Tartaria Guide for Newcomers

If your country still works, do not leave.

Better, try to improve your country to the level of Tartaria of even better.

If success, consider to join Tartaria together with your country.
Do your people want to follow the Laws of Tartaria?
Do your people want your country become a Farm of Tartaria?
If so, You may happen in Tartaria without leaving your home.

If you still decide to move to Tartaria as a refugee, read carefully before entering.

Reality check :
By default, refugees go to Trulag. It implies:

    hard working, hard learning

Strong figilance
Hard work, hard learning. No free time.
Limited food choice. Strong control. No privacy.
If you accept this, continue reading.

Apology from the administration:
The harsh conditions in the Trulags are not our choice.
The Trulags operate at a near-zero profit.
We are not supposed to consume federal or national funds.
Most of the refugees have little education if at al. Their work is inefficient.
The income from the work of refugees is spent for the maintenance:
1. Vigilance. Many religious fanatics and other terrorists come to Tartaria as refugees. We need to defend Tartaria from them. And defend other refugees from the bulling.
2. Education. We need to educate the refugees. Our taxpayers do not sponsor the education of refugees.
3. Many refugees are ill; sometimes, the illness is contagious. We try to cure all the refugees for free.
4. Since the Bigpuf, most of territory of Tartaria is contaminated with toxic chemicals and unstable isotopes. We perform the cleaning around the Trulag territory.
These four needs consumes the most of income of a Trulag. Relatively small part is rest for the food and maintaining of the habitation.
Currently, we see no option to organize this better.
An alternative is the border closed for refugees; the most of civilized countries do it in this way.
If you know, how to operate a trulag in a more efficient manner - very good! Learn well, become resident (or, even better, a citizen) and try to organize your trulag, better than that we have.
In such a way, we apologize that we cannot provide you the same living level as the Tartarian citizen and residents have.

1. Life in Tartaria

no privacy

In order to enter Tartaria, you need to agree to follow the Tartarian Laws. For newcomers, the most unexpected are the followings:

Life in all Farms of Tartaria is shared. No privacy.

Families here are different from what you may know.

Tartaria has many farms. The National Laws in a farm are not the same as in other farms.
Browse the National Laws of several farms.
Consult the Adviser. Choose the farm that better fits your Religion.
You are likely be assigned to the farm you choose.
If not, you can move to the farm you like after to get residentship.

Your expected (and preferred) path at Tartaria:

Refugee - Resident - National (citizen) of one of Farms.

The speed of your upgrade depends on your skill and your will.

2. Laws and learning

Learn Basic English. Try to use it in all cases. Follow Tartarian Laws.

Respect the people around:
- Tartarians,
- residents,
- guests,
- visitors,
- other refugees,
- dependents and even prisoners.

Respect others of any age, any religion, any morphology and color of their bodies.
The age discrimination («pedophobia»), race discrimination («racism») are prohibited.

Do not allow bulling. Appeasing aggression is also crime.

Respect Property.

Respect animals. If you kill a wild (nobody's) animal, you need to explain why you did that.

Respect plants and mushrooms. If you cut a plant, you need to explain why you did that.

Respect beauty. Littering may be qualified a crime.

Respect food. Intentional destruction of food is prohibited. Do not take more food than you can eat.

Breaking Laws leads to punishment. May include the deportation or loss of your freedom. ⚠️

3. Food & Religion

Restriction of clothes
roommates

You may not choose freely what to eat while in Trulag. Some religions prohibit to eat meat of humans, meet of pork and meat of other predators. Perhaps, you'll not be able to follow this while in Trulag.

Some religions prescribe use of clothes, even if there is no need to protect the body from cold. Perhaps, you'll not be able to follow this vestism in Trulag. Perhaps, you'll not be able to choose your partners in your sleeping capsule, and your partners will not speak your native languages (if not English).

Life at Trulag is very intensive. Your time will be approximately equally distributed between learning, work and sleep. Perhaps you'll have no free time to perform rituals prescribed by your religion.

Some Religious have various other prescriptions and prohibitions. Some customs cannot be fully followed in Tartaria - as soon as your cult touches the right of someone else (perhaps an adept of another religion).

There is no freedom without Law. Your freedom ends where the freedom of another begins.

4. Medical help

The most of medical service in Trulls is performed by students and by researchers.
Tartaria did not join any international convention that prohibit medical experiments with humans.
In some sense, this provides more options in the medical treatment and may be more efficient.
It may imply also certain risks.
Anyway, we have no funds to organize the medical help in other way.

Pregnancy in Tartaria is generally welcomed. Contraceptives are not formally prohibited, but they are not provided in Trulag. The same apply to drugs. Smoking at Trulag is strictly prohibited, but drug addicted refugees will receive the appropriate treat to mitigate the

5. Being a Property

Some refugees want to become a property of a Tartarian Owner. It is not vice. It is not the simplest way to stay at Tartaria and not a most pleasurable way.

Even if you are attractive, without knowledge or skills you will be probably rejected - even if you offer yourself for free.
Any Owner takes full responsibility. So Owner chooses carefully.

Even if your offer is accepted, your position remain risky.
The Tartarian Laws provide some protection to Dependents, but it is quite limited. If the Owner dislikes your actions, you may be sold to Contslag.
There, the conditions are worse than in Trulag.

Please, consider Trulag as default option for the beginning.

6. Summary

Work, learn, obey Laws. Do not obey bullies.

Get and show your skills.

The normal, expected, recommended and wanted way for you at Tartaria is

Refugee - Resident - Tartarian.
